I love using SWAP IT. I created this to help with thought changes from negative to positive.
Here's how it works.
When you get a negative thought (which most of us do from time to time) simply SWAP IT for a slightly more positive thought, then keep swapping until you get to a place where you feel really good.
I do advise you to keep the swaps believable.
For example:
It's the end of the month and I've got no money left again.
Sawp it
At least I know I soon have more money coming in
Swap it
What can I do to make sure I have money left over at the end of next month?
You now have a positive thought.
Of course you can keep swapping as much as you want. One positive thought attracts another positive thought.
Positive thoughts = Positive vibrations, which means you are in the right place to attract the things you want.
