Sudden feeling of anxiousness

Hello all. I dont know if I am the only one experiencing this but I tend get anxious sometimes like all of a sudden and sometimes the feeling remains for days. Like something in your heart or stomach. I dont exactly know the cause of it. Do any of you guys experience this and anyone know how to get rid of it? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi AXA .. boy oh boy do i get it.sometimes im not even sure why im feeling anxious.. usually i will take a walk or a bath even helps.. saying my affirmations , gratitudes .. thinking good thoughts ... or tapping ... trust me we all get this way at times

It's strange how topics just come out when you need it...
I feel anxious one month already...it has earthquake here(it's not usual, we do not experience such strong earthquakes) and though I wasn't afraid, didn't panic, from that moment I jumped into a hole...I feel realy lonely, realized how alone am I, I can't even enjoy being alone like I did it before...everything in my apartment looks creepy to me and nothing has meaning...I'm alone and have no man's power beside me, no man's touch, I don't have job...
Before a month I was happy...and never felt like this before in my whole life... :( Now I'm lonely and anxious...
Sorry for rush into your topic, I need to say it..
I will try to calm down and get back into highest vibration with binaural beats, Relieve Anxiety...

i used to get like that too sweetiebeing alone doing everything alone... but i have learned to survive on my own and just today i realized how strong i am u will be fine ... it will only make you  a stronger woman

Axa- have you been meditating lately? Usually, when people first start meditating and start opening up their blockage and chakara people experience this uneasiness, pain, anxiousness from where there is blockage and what chakara is being opened. And its not really those emotions that you are feeling but moreso your higher self working out the kinks.
In addition, if you have been working on getting in tune with your intuition/higher self you become ALOT more sensitive with the surrounding vibes in your environment. So it can actually be a family member, friend, neighbor, stranger's vibe that you might be feeling. What i do when i when start feeling off out of the blue is to put my hand over my solar plexus (belly button) and the other hand on top of my head, close your eyes and take 3 to more breaths until I feel relaxed. Also while youre breathing in and out and you can say (verbally or mentally) "these are not my feelings that im feeling. please send them out of me" and feel all the funk leaving your while breathing out. :]

Totally agree, or try EFT... that helps.

I'm recently experimenting on Gamma waves to induce calmness. Try to give it a go, there are some videos on youtube;-)

I've posted this in another thread also. But I thought it might help, so I'm re-posting:

One thing I have found useful to quickly shift my emotions when I'm feeling down - Place or hold your gratitude rock or anything else on your body at a convenient spot say forehead or stomach. Imagine the negative emotions as a dark energy that pervades your body. Then imagine the rock drawing this darkness towards it, and feel the negativity and darkness draining out of your limbs and extremities towards your midriff. Like it's flowing backwards and being sucked into the rock where it is turned into positive energy. I find this relaxes me very quickly and takes away all my worries almost immediately.
