subconscious question:)

Ok.... SO, in order to re-program your mind.. you would go into theta mode, right?
Well when you get into theta mode, what exactly are you telling your subconscious? How would
you go about wording it?

I don't know if this helps, but in the Frank Kinslowbooks, he says that you don't have to tell it anything. Once you get into that state (which I think might be what he refers to as Pure Awareness), everything starts to be put right. This is you getting back in touch with your source, your real self, your connection with God (or however you want to look at it) - and this part of you knows exactly what you want and how things should be. In this part of your awareness, everything is already perfect. So you don't have to do anything - you just need to reconnect with it, and trust it to bring everything back into alignment.
