Hey guys, not sure where else to post this as there isn't a section on law of attraction for health.
His question is directed at the female members here. How do you deal with the emotions that come during your pre menstrual syndrome?
For me, I will have very bad mood swing and feel very irritable easily before mymenstruation. During this time, it's extremely difficult for me to Practice LoA and gratitude because of my mood swings.
To make things worse, I have very irregular menstrual cycle and my pms can last very long, can be more than a week even. I tried eating birth control pill for a few years and it helped tremendously. But I had to stop as I got worried that it might affect my chance to conceive later in life.
Any advice from our female members are welcome! Thanks in advance!
