How Often Do You Update Your Vision Board?

Another aha moment this morning.

On my mobile vision board I still images for my 3 months stay in Japan, even though I'm already here in JP.

Then I thought what if I don't manage the 3 months? I was afraid of losing it. So, they quickly got deleted. Happy Days

Then another thing. I had the symbol for the UK Euro lottery, with I'm lottery millionaire or something like that as some text.

The next image was a cheque for an amount of money -  £17,000,000 . Am I actually telling the universe the only way I can get or want to get £17,000,000 is by winning the lottery.? Talk about cutting off my options and having to wait a long time!  So I deleted the lottery image and kept the cheque. Now I have so many more financial avenues and options open to me.

phew...

Hence the question how often do you update your board?  Certainly at the beginning of the year, then when you've achieved a goal and as a new ideas, wants and desires come to your mind.

I added an image of a coaching course that I want to join and belong to as well, just to keep things fresh and exciting.  The entry requirements are pretty high, but certainly something to aim for and since I have the image on my board (desire) I must be able to reach it.

Thanks for sharing that, andrew, it just goes to show that we never stop learning and improving, and that is a good thing. This forum is helping me greatly to put pieces together and learn the ins and outs of consciously creating. People sharing their daily experiences is a great way to learn.

I don't know how long I've had that on my vision boardS or even thought like that. i.e. The only way I can get to £17,000,000 is via the lottery. I'm sure that is what I must have been thinking.

Even though others have said it to me i.e. many ways to get what you want. I heard it, but just didn't listen to it!  Or, did I think that is how it would happen for me...because....I'm special..

The irony is I'm beginning to think now that I've done that, I feel as if a hug weight or expectation has been lifted off my shoulders.
