Having a bad day! Help!

Today I woke up with a good feeling,then suddenly everything changed. I`m really down . I`ve had a some great days latley,so this is a shock. I`ve been feeling closer and closer to my wish these last couple of days,nothing have gotten me down,and I have had some good results. But today I can`t seem to keep my spirit ut,things that haven`t bother me in a while is bothering me and I`m afraid I`m destroying my wish..

Help??

Dear Chrizttina,

I just have few words for you...

Do not assume too much, stop being hyper, you are in perfect day, all is fine.

When you think "I`m afraid I`m destroying my wish.." I wonder, how is it going to make you any stronger or happy?

Its all in your thoughts, what you emit in thought, will reflect in reality and come back.

You are good, your day is good, all is fine, Enjoy the Sunday! Life a day for your self, enjoy your favorite Dish, watch your favorite Movies, cartton... listen to ur fav song, meet ppl who love u the most.....

does it not make your day "Any better"?

Your day is, what you make it, not what it makes you.

I hope that you are in a better place by this time.

With awareness one realizes that they are not their thoughts and feelings. Thoughts and feelings arise like puffs of cloud on a beautiful blue sky. Like little swirls of cloud the thought arises from nothingness and returns to nothingness. Our attention is what gives the thoughts their power or potency. Simply allow the thoughts to be without any judgement, in time they will simply fall away. You are prior to thought and feeling, you are the pure awareness that sees everything. Simply be there now.

It happens to some of us. Sometimes we feel that way but there are ways to overcome it. You must come up with your list of the things you can do to level up your spirit. For me, I love to turn up inspirational rock songs.

I feel the same today. I'm wandering are days like this slowing me in attracting what I want. I'm positive all the time, but today I failed to be...
It's not my first time, I'll just dust myself of and keep moving ...

I suggest reading posts, reading inspiring stories, reading about the science behind LOA...doing research gives more confidence that you're going the right way....then after reading and reading...meditate...think about what you learned and how you can apply it....and just know that God is watching over you....remember Everything can change in a blink of an eye...but don't worry...God never blinks...

Yes. Ill feelings - i.e. sadness, depression, resentment, anger, fear - restrict the flow of good into our experience. Developing a relaxed state of mind is the key to continuing and quickening the flow of good into your experience.

Treat your positive mind training the way you would a physical work out. Assign yourself a certain amount of time per day to focus upon it and then let it go. You would not exercise all day if you were looking to get physically fit. You'd have a specific time in the morning (or whenever) and then you'd forget about it. But, over time, with consistent working out, you would derive the physical results you desire. The same will work for mental workouts. Give yourself time in the morning or evening when you can devote 20-30 minutes to a power mental workout. Over time, you will develop a consistent mindset that will serve you no matter what comes up in your experience.
