Hey everyone, I want to grow 3 inches taller FAST, but idk how to start, idk what to start thinking, imagining in order for the LOA to give me what i want (to grow 3 inches) has anyone used the LOA to grow taller? if yes, how did you achieve it? what did you do? and think? what did you imagine? and how fast did you grow taller?

and also im wondering can you also get longer legs using the LOA? has anyone done that?

I have been considering doing the same and actually came across this (oldish i guess) thread when i g00gled "grow taller|". I am not really familiar with LOA and would love to know how to appy it to getting taller. The furthest i got in my search is stuff like doing exercise and diet like here: howtogrowtaller.co.uk/vitamins-to-grow-taller.html . I guess we can combine LOA with that type of stuff?
