Just wanting to get the emotion out - I'm feeling so low today, just in general. Just feeling blue. Fighting with myself to NOT contact my guy and confront him about seeing this girl when he told me he wasn't ready for anything. I KNOW that would be a ridiculous thing to do and while that is part of the reason for my feeling blue, I know it's not the entire reason.

I am in the middle of working with the Personal Growth Accelerator and the manual said that it could bring up emotions - hopefully that's what is going on here and it's part of the healing process.

Which means he's not over you at all. People deal with break ups in different ways.

Maybe the universe has planned for this in order for him to realize how good he actually had it with you

Keep focusing on the positives- thats exactly what I need to start doing aswell x x x

Yes, that is what is causing this. When I did PGA and I still use it but not as often.....but when I did the 1st attunement and then PGA, I had all sorts of crazy emotions, I'd cry one minute and be pissed off the next.....you are detoxing your emotions so it stands to reason that they will be released. The key is to ride the ride, don't do anything crazy!! Keep with it, it gets so much better, I promise!

My poor best friend got the brunt of my emotions today, but he can handle it.

I'm usually very good about controlling myself from doing stupid things, so I'm confident I will keep it in check. LOL I'm focusing on seeing a friend that I haven't seen in years in a couple of days and another good friend this weekend. I'll also work out after work (providing the weather clears up) - a nice long walk usually clears my mind and leaves me feeling better.
