Can't believe I'm crying!!!

So I came to this forum to attract back my ex someone I loved with all my heart I gave him everything. I thought because he I saw sadness in his eyes. I put it out there and then I felt like I was free and stayed on the forum looking for more advice on how to change my life and make it better. I shared my opinion and gave positive and loving vibes.

So as someone posted before about being used I also gave my ex a lot of money. Trying to get him out of debt so we could have a great life together. Studied and supported him through working anyway today I texted him to see if he would pay me back since he said so many times that he would. It has been 5 months since we have communicated.

He asked why I was texting him and though I said it was to pay me back. He said no but continued to text me and then the last text he said "Not paying for anything so please don't txt me again".

And it just really hurts that he can treat me like this. Can someone please send me some love and positive vibes. Thanks guys any help with be appreciated.

The money wasn't important I just wanted confirmation that he was the man I saw but the evidence speaks otherwise. I am glad that I have finally opened my eyes. Oh gosh I'm sending you all the positive vibes. Though i never gave my recent ex money i did five my daughter dad a lot and listen when I say IT WILL ALL COME BACK TO YOU. I remeber giving him so much and luttle by little i recieved it all back. Maybe not by him but in different ways! I know exactly how you feel and you have to tell yourself yoy deserve to be treated well!! I suggeat if he text you again dont reply. I agree! On another note, he might have just seen the money as part of your generosity in the relationship too, and didn't really have any intention of paying anything back.  Almost like when you buy your boyfriend gifts during the relationship or something.  Part of me feels like he was offended you were "asking" for something back that you gave to him during the relationship (not trying to defend how he acted, that's just the feeling I got from it).

But like the others have said you WILL get it back, so think of it this way - it was really good karma that you helped someone out during his time of need when you truly cared about him.  What's wrong with that? It showed what kind of caring, decent person you really are.  Just because he won't pay anything back in a monetary amount it doesn't mean that he truly deep down doesn't appreciate what you did for him or that you weren't a good person for doing so.

I like what dr scully said...everyone thinks differently remeber that...i too gave alot to my guy during the relationship ...sometimes people dont realize good things that they got from someone until later down the road..and then it hits them...and usually by then karma has already paid them a visit;)

Oh Thank You Guys!!! Chrissy8907, Dr Scully and Peaches 97. He was my first love and I was totally inexperienced as confident as I am its hard to know what you are to do.

I feel he thought it was a way of me trying to get back into his life and I'm not sure why he kept my number on his cellphone anyway. I had to ask for his number not realizing it was the same one. My siblings told me he still has a photo of me and him together on his facebook profile. I guess he could be still not over the break up. I just felt so much anger coming from him and he use to say life's too short to stay mad at anyone.

Regardless of what he is thinking, feeling etc. I have to look after me and always put myself first then share the extra love and positive vibes with my friends and family. And when I mean family I mean my LOA family as well  .

Um...I have to agree with Dr Scully, I don't think he viewed it as you trying to get back into his life so much as you only cared about the money. After 5 months of no contact, that's a pretty random and kind of insensitive thing to ask for. You don't know if he's struggling with money right now and you don't really know how he's doing either.

If I were you, I'd get myself into a better mood and send him another text message apologizing and letting him know that you don't really care about the money, you just missed him and were looking for an excuse to talk (that's why you sent him the text message right? not because you really needed the money?)

Thanks for your message tereza, we had agreed that he would pay me back even after we broke up and were still in communication. I trust he is doing fine with money as we have many mutual friends and its not like I came out and said pay me. I just texted and said I think we have a few things that need settling. I have a few things at my house that are his tv, sword, water feature etc.

I also think I did it sellfishly to prove to people that they were wrong about him but he only proved them right.

Thank you Tereza, I can see how that would seem pretty random and insensitive but he always told me he remembers everyone he owes and he always pays them back no matter how long. I'm grateful for your perspective.

Ah. So can you see why the conversation went the way it did? It doesn't sound like you tried to talk to him from a place of caring or love.  Also, this is just my opinion, but life is a lot easier when you don't loan money to loved ones, friends or family. So I think loaning money instead of giving it, was the real mistake.

Yeah, there's like a bunch of people on this forum with nasty comments from their exes (now reunited) about not ever wanting to hear from them again. So no, it's not clear or even something I'd give much weight to. PLUS your text was still something that would rub someone the wrong way.

Think about it, if you had an ex that you dumped and hurt and you still had pretty strong feelings about them, but were afraid to talk to them for whatever reason and they all of a sudden contacted you about getting their stuff back and getting their money back..

Wouldn't you feel horrible? I mean, if I were him I'd be thinking wow. She wants to get rid of all reminders of me and all she cares about is getting her money back. I'd feel awful. His response sounds like he was just trying to hurt you...just like you hurt him.

But that's just my 2 cents on the situation. Besides, if you're not trying to attract him back, this is all irrelevant.
