Last year I put on about 15 pounds out of nowhere. It litterally seemed like I gained it over night. It wasnt enough to make me overweight but enough to where I could see a difference in my appearance that wasnt flattering. I changed my diet completely. I mostly just ate and drank fruits, veggies, fresh juices, water, baked chicken and fish. I also started doing Pilates. Still could not lose weight for the life of me. I maybe lost 2 pounds total in months. I think I even posted here about it. Anyway I decided to give myself a little extra help and started taking Mega T green tea dietary supplement and the weights been dropping off of me. This has helped me burn alot of fat. Its an all natural product but some people do have side effects cause its a decent amount of caffeine to take in one sitting. I however havent had any.

I even stopped the Pilates cause I got tired of it and the weight was still coming off. I havent weighed myself yet but can tell I lost at least 7-10 pounds and a couple of inches off my waist. I started taking it I believe at the end of june so about a month.

I dont feel comfortable taking any pill long term natural or not unless its something I have to take so Ill probably take it a few more weeks. Hopefully ill be able to lose the last 5 or ten pounds and be able to keep the weight off. My stomach had got so flabby that I looked pregnant and now its flat and my waist is slim.

Right, my bike was due for a service. Went down to drop it off, it's pretty far from the city centre. They said it'll be ready in 3 days ::) so it's just my own two feet for now. But yeah I did have to walk back after dropping it off, so was a good bit of light exercise to get my blood moving. Not bad I'd say 8)

I really dob't like exercise, but last night something came over me and I put on my sneakers and headphones and headed out for a very fast walk. Felt amazing!!
I know this might not sound like much to the gym goers but for me it's significant to exercise and enjoy it!

Had done the tapping for weight loss only once. Going to keep it up.  :D :D

Woohoo truelove, good going :D. Walking is excellent when you're not sure just what you want to do but know that you do need something. It helps clear your mind, connect with yourself and upbeat music just puts me on a vibe!! I walk at least 3-4 times a week, and it is significant exercise. Any exercise is significant if you believe it is. Some people need to go to the gym to believe they've done something worthwhile (and that will put them on a frequency of losing the weight they want gone) while others will need different levels of exertion to convince them they've done enough to make a significant change. Ultimately, it's all about what is on a match with with your expectations and beliefs. I think you're doing great there. Way to go!! :-*

I just found this video online. I think I'm gonna join pole dancing classes now. What flexibility, poise, tone, balance and control these women have! I'd love to look like her, and be able to perform something so graceful... Sigh.

P.S. I'm not too sure about the wings. Thank god she loses them. LOL!! :P :P ;D

I've gotten tons of compliments from co-boxers that have notice a tremendous amount of change in my body...it raised my vibrations over the moon. Even have gotten several compliments from my daughters 20-something, year-old friends!! Life is good and being fit, makes it even better! Stay strong everyone!!!!

Well I wanted to share a quick tip here. I've been drinking fennel tea with some honey in it and it's been doing wonders. I usually feel the need to sip something while at work and I figured it was the healthiest I could get, natural sugar that prevents sudden spikes and fennel is supposedly used as an aid to weight loss. Just bought it cause it smelled nice in the supermarket, lol and googled the health benefits later. But yeah if anybody's looking for something, this feels amazing. I know I'm getting enough water and fluids in. Tastes good too and helps me sleep real well. I told you guys I've been noticing big changes because of the visualisation I've been doing that I stated here:

http://www.powerlawofattraction.com/forum/law-of-attraction-for-health/a-vague-plan/msg66851/#new

Yet another pair of jeans felt loose this morning, a pair that's slightly tighter than the ones mentioned earlier. Lots of definition appearing in the hips. I've been feeling thin inside, even the way I carry myself and move has changed, it's become more graceful. Hahahah!! I feel good ;D

  • Laughoutloudx3: OMG Brandy, I was going to ask that earlier!!!!! I assumed that karma was the same as the amount of thank yous you have received, but a few people especially older members have karma and thank you numbers that are different from each other. I was confused on that, and so funny u asked when I was going to!!
  • BrandyGrandy: Can somebody tell me what the "karma" stat is? It looks like it goes up with "thank you's" received. But yet there are some on here who NEVER give "thank you's". What's THAT about? I give a thank you for a comment that I agree with or "like". Isn't that what you are supposed to do?
