Autumn:
Hey everyone,

I embarked on a fitness and health plan at the beginning of this month. I've been pretty consistent. No diets or anything, just eating healthy. Lots of greens, proteins and fresh juice. I've also taken up biking as a way to keep fit. Good sort of cardio I figured.

I wondered if anyone else is also currently focusing on their health. Maybe we could all post in here about our daily workouts, and what healthy food we ate. Nothing very detailed if you don't feel like it - just what you did (maybe we'll be inspired to take up the activity as well :D), how you feel after the workout and what thoughts are going through your head, how great you feel, etc. But just seeing everyday posts about other people taking active steps would help if we got derailed. I know I would want to go out and do something rather than just sitting around reading about other people getting sexier every minute :P

So please do let me know if you're also in. Group energy works like nothing else does, and I believe we can really stay motivated to manifest our dream body, with our healthy lifestyles and the perfect body image we hold in our minds.

I was thinking of my affirmation for my perfect body that goes like this -
I'm healthy, strong, fit and toned. I have my dream body now and it feels so good. I feel sexy, confident and desirable. I'm highly motivated to keep working out everyday.

One last quote for you to think about:

You aren't going to get the butt you want by sitting on the one you have.

Mr Brightside:
I always wanted a sexier butt  :-X

I'm in, well i have been for 7 months but i still have about 15 pounds to go. Lost 65 so far , weee !!

Autumn:
LOL Stef, don't we all?? ;D That's great news though, quite the progress. Good on you :). What you doing btw - running, swimming?

I biked up to a nearby town and back yesterday, about 16 miles on slightly hilly landscape. Lazed in the sun on a picnic blanket and generally just took in the scenery. Was completely knackered by the time I got back, all sunburnt and sore. But I feel good. Thighs still sore, so did only 8 today. Been guzzling juice :P the sugar in it is probably not too good for me (even though Tropicana claims that all the sugar in it is natural fructose from the fruit itself ::)).

Mr Brightside:
It’s all due to LoA actually. I started by picking what my goal was weight wise. Then I started to meditate, eat less and I really cut much of the crap out of my diet. I haven’t really done any exercise, maybe a run here and there. I would say after the first month or two it becomes really easy, pretty much effortless. When you start seeing results and you know you can do it, your body just listens.

I had pizza and burgers last week, went on the scale and still lost 6 pounds. Just have to want it, believe … and it will happen.

Seriously my weight loss is 99% LoA, I don’t want people to think I’m talking crap haha

Autumn:
:o Oooh!! I should really supplement my thinking and everyday workout with a bit more affirming and visualisation. I don't have an ideal weight goal to be honest. I'm already at the right weight or near enough to make no difference. What I want is all the extra bits, the silly tyres and love handles, the floppy parts and the bane of a woman's existence (cellulite) to turn into muscle. I just want to sculpt and tone my body. I'm thinking inches rather than pounds. I already have the basic underlying frame and muscle structure because I used to swim throughout high school.

I suppose a visual approach would do me good in this case, than a number for weight loss. I should imagine standing in front of a mirror and having the body I want. Love my body and talk to it. Possibly also get my guy in the visualisation and imagine him complimenting me or awestruck at my appearance (since he isn't doing anything useful at the moment, he can help supplement my methods at the very least ::)). Then I need to start living life exactly the way I would if I were in my ideal body. Which means it's time to dig out the shorts and tanks 8) ;D. I've stacked them inside even though I can still wear them in my current state (I'm seriously not that bad off :P). I guess I could also visualise me on my bike in really attractive workout gear and working out, feeling the push :).

Yay! Your post helped so much. Thanks Stef, you're a sweetheart :-*
I can't believe I haven't read about your progress anywhere or you haven't posted. It's super cool 8)
Keep up the good work!
