Hello everyone!

I'm currently in the UK where I'm gonna stay for one year to study at the college, that's why I'm gonna be a bit off this forum because we have a lot of work..

But hey, I don't give up my goal I never give up in fact!
I'll reach 1m85... tomorrow, in one week or in one year, but I'll achieve this growth!

So after discovering a great website, : http://www.loa-step-by-step.com/
-that I entirely translated in french for those (french people) who would like to read it in french- I decided to have a fresh restart, I was a bit confused with all this theory, but now, things are way clearer for me.

Here's what I'm gonna do now :

1) Set my goal precisely : it's something that i've already done but, this time I'll write it down precisely and read it every morning and every eveing before going to the bed. I'll also write the benefice that being taller will provide me like confidence, feeling of power, etc..
I'm gonna stick some piece of paper everywhere in my room with writed on : "I'm growing taller and taller" or " I'm about 1m85" or "t feels so ood to be so tall", something like that

2) Then, I'll work on my beliefs by writing every day a thousand time "I can grow taller"
I'll also make a list of reasons about why it's possible to grow taller.

3) To let go, I'll stick a piece of paper next to my mirror saying" You're beautiful and tall, I love you". It's a way to "let go" and be detached emotionnaly to my desire : indeed, if I already love myself and love my height it will be easier to attract my goal, right?

4) I'll also write affirmations to make my mind believe I'm taller. The affirmations will be something like "It feels good to be 1m85" It's the  "receive my manifestation"'s part. I'll also behave like I'm already tall by standing really straight, buying some long jeans, etc...
I'll will also write a list of gratitude that i will read every morning

What do you think about that?

I would say that you don't need to be taller in order to feel powerful or have more confidence. This must come from within you, no matter your height (Napoléon Bonaparte était petit et il est devenu empereur  ) Of course, you would love to be taller, but your height has nothing to do with your inner self, your true being  When you say :

It's just that I read on the blog of the law of attraction step by step that it's good to know what is the "essence" we want to attract. What our desire will provide us in our life.
I already feel good about my height but I want to be taller to feel even better.

Hey everyone,

Some news from me and my growth

I don't think I've grown taller even if some girls told me I was taller than a guy in my classe who claim to be 1,80m.

My routine doesn't work for me, it didn't make me feel any emotion, any confidence in my goal. It just annoy me to write 50 time "i'm growing taller" or to repeat aloud some affirmations.
In fact, everything happens in your head, I don't understand the importance of saying affirmation, it just doesn't work, it doesn't help me feeling better about my goal or feeling emotions related to my goal (joy, happiness,etc...)

In brief I don't know how to attract my goal, I'm not so confident in the LOA in fact. I wanted to buy some long jeans to help me believe that I was going to grow taller, but I was too afraid to waste money in some unwearable clothes (too long).

I was thinking about starting to manifest smaller things before to slowy raise my faith in the LOA. But in the other hand, I really want to be taller now.

It's such a brainteaser! I don't know how to do it.

I need help guys!

Hey Florent ! What is this lack of faith ?  I think you should focus on manifesting some smaller things, before focusing on increasing your height, because your post if riddled with doubt. Just "saying" affirmations gets you nowhere, a parrot can repeat the same sentences over and over again with no meaning. the important part is the feeling part.  That's what makes gratitude statements so important, the words don't count, it's the feeling that counts. May I suggest you start practicing gratitude statements for something "small" to increase your faith. Tu peux le faire

Dear Florent, I guess the problem here is that you are 'trying' too hard to grow tall. If it is annoying you to write the affirmations, or force yourself to buy bigger clothes, you should just stop doing them. Its time for you to stop trying and start being Just be happy about your current height. Drop the desperation. Enjoy life in every aspect. Being happy and grateful are the only keys What works best for me is affirming that I am my desire itself. In your case, for example, it would work for me if I affirmed 'I am growth' 'I am possibility' 'I am lovely height' etc. I just wrote another post called 'Become your desire'. Please check that out. If you think your desire is something beyond your human controllability or unreachable, then you are not in the scale of manifestation. But if you think your desire is so easy that you can reach attain it so easily and effortless, then the manifestation will take place.
