Hey there,

I'm here cause I saw the movie "The Secret" and I've always wanted to be taller, so I'm here to look for a way to grow 3 inches taller.

I'm 20 years old (almost 21) and I'm about 5'10". I guess that's not small at all isn't it? But i'm perfectionniste and I really want to be 6'1" tall.
I've already found some hard way to grow maybe 1 inch taller (strechnig, swimming, etc..) but i'm pretty sure that the law of attraction can make me taller quicker and easier than these excercices!

The problem now, is that i'm a little lost among all of the technics I can use to reach my goal.

What I know is :
_ Everything is possible with the law of attraction : therefore, it's a fact that I can grow taller, i've read stories on the net about people who have grown taller with that law.
_The "fuel" to achieve goals with the law of attraction is the desire, the perseverance and the most important the FAITH : I have the desire, i'm a really persistent guy. The only thing That I miss is the total faith. It's hard to truly believe that you can grow taller just by thinking, imagining, feeling,etc...
_I need to focus on what I really want and not on what I don't want.
_I got to imagine myself, standing taller in my bedroom, chating with my friends and FEELING that i'm taller, FEELING what I could feel if I was 6'1" tall, I got to feel that i'm already tall.
_I got to love what I am NOW. If I don't like my current height, It will be hard to reach my dream height.

So, am I right about all of that?

Now what I need is a routine, something I got to do everyday to reach my goal. I don't know how I can start properly!

Could you give me some advices please? I will be really grateful!

When your desire feels so big that it feels unreachable, it is not on the verge of manifestation. When your desire feels to you like it is the next logical step, then it is on the verge of manifestation

Hi,

If you think your desire is something beyond your human controllability or unreachable, then you are not in the scale of manifestation. But if you think your desire is so easy that you can reach attain it so easily and effortless, then the manifestation will take place.

Ok so it's just a matter of FAITH? If I believe only in medecine and science who tells me that "nobody can gain 3 inches after puberty" I won't grow. But if I truly believe that is possible to grow taller, I will grow, is that right?

Otherwise, does anybody could give me some tips to do every day to promote my growth? I'm still a little lost in all of these information.

Hey guys,

I create a "routine" for everyday to grow taller, i'd like you to tell me what do you think about it :

1°)First thing when i wake up is saying this "Today, i'm taller than I was yesterday, and tomorrow, I will be taller than today. My growth isn't over. I'm still growing taller everyday" and really trust these affirmation. Doing this also before going to the bed.

2°)As often as I can, saying to myself "I'm tall and beautiful, I love my perfect body, it's so good to be 1,85m tall". And imagining me peaking at 1,85m, feeling I'm tall, feeling i'm totally satisfied by my height, feeling tall and beautiful, etc...

3°)Checking as soon as possible a little vision board (I didn't made it yet) with photo of people and celebrities of 1,85m and also my dream height writted in big letters in the middle of the paperboard. I'll put it next to my bed so I'll can check it every morning and night.

4°)Doing my other physical excercise (swimming, running, stretching) and using vitamins, eating healthy food.

5°)Talking to my body once a day : talking to my cells, telling that i love them and asking if they can make me grow taller while rubbing my leg, my arms, my torso,etc...

6°)Always behaving like I'm already tall : walking proudly, feeling powerful, etc..

What do you think about it?

All of my thought need to be "impregnated" of EMOTION and feelings. I really need to feel and believe that I'm growing.

Hello Kurdt!

I think your progress so far is great, and you're very well informed about LOA.

But i'd like to add one thing, If you measure your height everyday, don't!

Keep affirming, and keep feeling like a tall person, and forget about monitoring the day to day changes..

This is the "Letting Go" part.. And the common factor in all the things i manifested, is the fact that i let go of my constant need to check whether i had them or not!

I've changed my affirmation..instead of saying "im gonna grow 3 inches taller"..i would say "I have grown 3 inches taller"..i somehow thought by saying it that way..slowly and steadily i can build that "receiving" feeling..the feeling of being 3 inches taller now..
i thought "im gonna.." is a process..still on going..still makes me looking left right front back for answer..

but then, that's just my idea and what im trying to implement in my daily lives right now..but whatever it is..my friend Kurdt "YOU HAVE GROWN 3 INCHES TALLER"..

Yeah I try to learn the more I can about the law of attraction, I've visited so much website! i'm learning more and more informations everyday!

I used to mesure myself too often last weeks (3 times in a week) and it's not a good idea because eache times I felt very frustrated because my height didn't changed.

My next measurement will take place when a member of my family or a friend of me will tell me something like "But... you seems to be taller than the last time I saw you. Did you grow taller or am I dreaming?".

Little "anecdote" today :
A friend of me, that I didn't seen since a while came to my house this afternoon and told me "oh you look taller"...

it really works!
