Hello beautiful people!!

My current priority is to achieve a body that is so fit, healthy inside and out, sexy and toned!
So far, I have pics on my vision board, and i run at the gym. Since i've started this journey, i've lost 7 Kg so far.

But here's the catch: My goal is to be 50-52 Kg. But I can't really get into that feeling! Also, the thing that worries  the most, and i guess it's blocking my progress, is that am worried that if i lose more weight, i'll get stretch marks!  ::)

I'm absolutely sure that i will get there, but if you have any ideas aout how to get into that feeling, and eliminate the worry, would be awesome!  :)

First of all congralutations for your great loss of weight ! How many time did it took you to loose 7 kg ? I mean when did you start using the LOA to loose weight?

What's your height ? because 50 kg it's really skinny! It can be dangerous for your health if you're too lightweight.

Also I think you should more concentrate on how you want to look like rather than how much you want to weigh. It'll be probably easier :)

For the stretch marks I reckon you can have some only when you take too much weigh, not when you lose weight.
And you can make them go away with  LOA ;) Or you can simply use sweet almond oil, it's quite effective against stretch marks :)

I'm sure you will reach your goal miracles :) I'm looking forward to see your future "loss weigh report" when you'll have reach your perfect weight ;)

Dear Kurdt,

I started exercising 3 months ago, and i lost like 3 Kg, but the real miracle is that i've been having exams for a month now, and havent been to the gym, but just eating healthy, and focusing on the pic i have on my visionboard (very fit and toned women) .. and i weighed myself a week ago, and i found that i actually lost more weight than what i lost from exercising!  :o isn't that crazy!!  :)

My height is 170 cm, and i think my perfect weight would be starting from 53 Kg, but a aiming for higher! you know that trick!  ;)

I heard about the effectiveness f sweet almond oil. Also heard something abt using Vitamin E oil on the skin, from the capsules..  I will start using them everyday, and see what happens!!
Some things hapened recently that prove to me beyond any doubt, that nothing is impossible.. everything comes with constant positive attitude and the right vision!!! will keep you updated!!  ;)

52kg would actually be underweight for you.

You can find your healthy weight at this website, which calculates your BMI based on your weight and height:

For you, 50 KG would be a BMI of 17.3 and 52kg would be a BMI of 18. Anything under 18.5 is underweight in medical terms.

The lowest weight you should be (unless your doctor has said otherwise) is 53.5kg (BMI of 18.5)

Anything between 53.5kg and 72kg (BMI of 24.9) is in the healthy range for you. Before trying to lose down to the bottom of the healthy ranger or lower, I would absolutely talk with your doctor. Especially if you are exercising, as that will be building muscle which weighs more than fat. Please talk to your doctor before you decide how much weight you want to lose (and to find out what is safe to lose). Otherwise, if you just decide based on what you think, you may not be seeing your body clearly and you may try to lose more than you should and end up with an eating disorder or being focused on being 'thin' when you're actually already fine.
