gaining weight

dont you think that underweight is a problem as well just like overweight? i am underweight but i never succeeded in gaining a few more pounds... :(
is there something psychological behind this?

I've always been underweight. I have a very tiny bone structure and I was always told that I had a high metabolism and I could eat anything and not gain weight. Because of hearing that all the time since I was little, I believed it even though my doctor told me I have a normal metabolism. It's the same as when an overweight person believes that they're not able to lose weight. I'm learning to change my thinking and believe that I can be a healthy weight

Me too underweight.. trying hard to gain a few extra pounds.. but i hate eating.. help me too guys what all measures we shud take to gain weight.. im now serious about it coz my guy is very height and has a gigantic built.. i have to gain weight so as to make up with his built.. he he.. :D

I have a similar problem except well...I like being underweight. :P
For a brief time, I was a little on the heavy side. Then I lost 15lbs and everyone was like...you're too skinny! You need to eat more! It made me feel a little bad to hear those things, but another part of me was like...I look awesome in my clothes! Well after that I lost another 5lbs (which I wanted to happen as I was in between sizes and wanted to fit a certain size) and all of a sudden people were like, wow I wish I was as thin as you.
Ok, I was too skinny when I was 5lbs heavier, but then when I lost even more weight I look good? ::)
I didn't know the law of attraction at that time, but I think the fact that I was happy with my weight and liked being able to wear a certain size, caused people to accept my weight. So I think that if you just focus on the idea that you're at your perfect weight, it'll happen the way you want it to be...if you want to be accepted as you are or if you want to gain some more weight.

Being overweight and underweight are definitely not good for our health. Be sure to have a normal weight to have a good lifestyle.
