Faster EFT for cravings

Yeah EFT definately works for food cravings, it's amazing that the food actually starts to taste bad as you do this and you don't feel like it any more.

I recommend you get the food you don't want to eat any more, measure the craving out of 10. Get it as high as you can, smell it, taste it.. really get that desire for it. Then tap.

Get it down as low as possible, to zero if you can.

And you will find you naturally don't eat it.
