Scientists have proven that our shape of bodies are caused by our own thoughts and pattern. If we changed our mind pattern, we would change our body. In order to improve what we want, we have to change our thoughts to something ideal we want. Thus, it will attract into reality from your mentality form.
This is the presupposition: The mind and body are parts of the same system.Our thoughts instantly affect our muscle tension, breathing, feelings and more, and these in turn affect our thoughts. When we learn to change either one, we have learned to change the other. "Attract Carefully, In case, It becomes a Reality"

Please do have a decision on what you want to attract and your ideal body weight/appearance. Please also do attract carefully. In case it becomes a reality, changing will become harder. Always remember if you did something wrong, there's always a turning point
. Even if you want to be skinner, however, you have become fatter and fatter, do not give up
and attract back the ideal weight/appearance you want.I would suggest you guys to do the Law of Attraction's default method for a desire first before reading on.
First: A Compelling Desire
- Can you decide & increase what you want for yourself ?
1. Think of an ideal weight/appearance that is really attractive and compelling to you
. Most importantly, you must like it and accept it to be your future's physical body. Think of something that if you want to be like that and it is isn't fun to do it, but the rewards of achieving is so great that you can't resist. What's important is that you find it attractive and you actually do it.
Now, look at your ideal weight/appearance, just like you learned in Law of Attraction, visualize it. Do not visualize so hard (Don't Force To Visualize!)
, just simply visualize. If you can't visualize, go internet and search for the ideal body size's pictures that suits you the best. See it very clearly and fill it with rich and vivid
details. After having done, temporary set aside this feelings and the picture in your mind.
2. Separator State
. Take a deep breath, let it out and look around your surrounding.
3. Now, think of something you don't really care, like a pen, paper or a cup. In your mental map, look at it like you didn't care about them.

5. Notice the differences between what you find interesting and what you don't care. The very attractive was brighter
. If you could see clearly, your ideal physical body/weight/appearance is brighter than a pen, paper or cup. Anyway, you can find many good qualities with the picture that is interested for you. Now you have found your desire and you decided to work on it.
The reason for this exercise is because, some people would visualize their ideal weight/appearance with a "don't care
" attitude. If you did this exercise and find yourself that the paper, pen or pencil is brighter than your ideal physical weight/appearance, do this again especially the first step. This aims to give you motivation and better experience for what you truly want for you and to rewire your subconscious mind.
Right now, there's really nothing I can help you with this guide. I have given you the rocket and the fuel, now it's your turn to lit it and shoot into the goal. If you are lazy, you can always use this subliminal messages

The reason why I finished my guide here is because this is not something really complicated but it's never a easy task to do. What I have done is, I have reseted your mental attitude to something goal and objective-oriented for your ideal weight/appearance. Right now, you will feel that you want to achieve that goal.
