so i was losing weight bit by bit, but asked the loa to give me a bit of a "push" since im a bit lazy lol now i have a lactose and gluten sensitivity, im not complaining as i feel so much better now without the bloating and heartburn, but did anyone else experience this?

i've noticed that since i'm paying more attention to how i feel when i eat certain foods, chocolate can affect me almost like coffee, it gives me a rush, sort of a stimulant effect.
i go back and forth about the lactose and gluten (i still eat oatmeal), but with cheese i do feel more bloated if i eat it. Yogurt and milk seem to be okay for me, though, in moderation.
Definitely happy to be eating less wheat and bread! i felt bloated eating that.

I've had bloating problems for a long time now! Whether I was on a gluten free diet or not if never made a difference but dairy really does make me bloated for sure (I'm lactose intolerant) also I have a sensitivity to corn. Bloating is so hard to get rid of!

Try organic apple cider vinegar. Start with a teaspoon in 4 ounces of water. If u cannot take the taste or smell, try it in apple juice. It will regulate the ph of ur belly and decrease your bloating.
Also mind your salt intake. I wasn't able to suck my belly in for years. After a week of drinking acv first thing in the morning, my bloating subsided considerably. I can now suck my belly in.

Thanks Coquette for the ACV suggestion. I am following it for a week now. I cannot take the taste of the acv with water so I add little bit of honey to it. I am yet to see the results. Hopefully it works great on my tummy too. ;)
