Advice what things should I do to lose body fat

I used to eat a lot all the time. I'd meet with my friends and we'd either go out to a fast food place or have a big party with plenty of foodstuff. I'd always eat more than everybody in the room, with my 5'5'' I was always the biggest girl, however it never concerned me until I went to France. Cause I knew it was the fashion country, I made up my mind to buy me something, but I could not come across clothing of size 30. I was so upset cause of it, so when I came back to U.S., I wanted to begin getting rid of body fat. I have got Phentermine, and I chose diet plan by eating a smaller amount unhealthy food. But I think I still have a lot though because I'm so used to it. Up to now I lost only 20 lbs, and it looks like my weighing machine got frozen. I don't know very well what else to do. Will you be able to offer me some recommendation what foods I should eat, and how I should work out?

please dont take phentermine again, its pure poison.
the best is to eat 80% protein during the day.
like carbohydrates in the morning and max up to noon and then, especially before you sleep, only protein.
i have some workmates, who lost a lot by just dinner cancelling :) :)
