I have lost so much weight, well fat. I don't really exercise to a perfect regime. I just enjoy the outdoors. I don't use a scale that often and wouldn't know just how much I have lost but I fit into a small and I check my body out in the mirror. I have gone from large clothes to small clothes and feel fantastic.
As a current post mentions happiness is the key.To all and everything. My cousin saw me the other day and said man you have gotten so skinny you must feel like you are 16 again. I don't know if i feel 16 again because that girl had it rough. What I do know is I feel alive more than I have ever felt and people truly notice it everywhere I go. Keep up the great work ladies and hey if you do gain a little as my cousin says "work it like beyonce". Stress holds on to weight. It is scientifically proven. Happiness can shift it and keep it off.

Thanks for your post Def, I think you're right, happiness IS the secret to weight loss, (and everything  ;)  ) I have been very stressed lately.

Haha! Thanks Melanie.. I love making declarations- I'm full of them!!  :D

p.s. lost 1 kg in one day yesterday (how can that even happen?) .. still ate heaps of food, just no carbs. YEAAAH!

I just told myself I AM going to lose weight, it wasnt even a option for it not to happen. So every time i wanted to eat something i shouldnt , i just told myself i dont need that. Once you do this for a week or two your body adjusts and losing weight becomes easy. Last week i was eating some bad food, pizza and lots of pasta, and i was thinking i gained weight. I used the scale on sunday and i still ended up losing weight last week.

So since i started i lost 45 lbs or 20.5 kg for you Euro's

Its like anything just get the ball rolling and it gets easier as you. Ofcourse it sucks that you dont eat all the good stuff you did before, but then you see how nice that shirt fits and you can wear old pants, makes it sooo worth it.

I picked a shirt i really like, i use to wear, and my goal is to get into it again. It makes it easier when you have something you can work towards.

I truly just eat what I want to be honest. When I was unhappy and eating healthy I lost nothing but I put on more. Sounds really weird I know but truthfully. I eat steak, butter probably too much salt but I enjoy my food and I probably eat too much bread as well. I would love to cut down on hot drinks but I love them. One thing I know for sure is I eat until I am satisfied and not full. As long as you eat things that you love and make them with less calories I think that helps.

I started by making my lunches a salad with tuna. And for dinner i would have rice and veggies, a little meat. I still have big meals here and there and go out for dinner, but i try to keep the regular days pretty healthy to make up for it. Now that the summer is almost here im sure i will lose even more once i start going out again for walks.

Since I started LOA a couple of days ago I have lost 3lb, now apprently that isnt healthy losing that in one week let alone two days. But its sure working! I havnt done anything different than normal food or exercise wise. I am so exicted, I actually also feel and look thinner, I already feel like I am nearly at my goal weight when really I am still 28lb or so to go. wahoo!

Hii
I loved reading stories of all you people. It makes me so happy even to read that such good is happening to others. I am so glad that I have lost 6 kgs. When I got my weight and height measured earlier I weighed 56kgs but now I weigh 50 kgs. I am so glad that this change has occurred. It makes me feel so good and alive. But I have 1 confusion, I want my height to increase this has been my dream since a long time but there has not been much change. Now, I don't know what weight to imagine and how to... 1 for my current height or for the height I desire? Also I would really love it if someone could help me with how to increase my height? Thankyou in advance.

It wasnt just me that he disappeared from. Was also the places he'd been forum admin and been frequented for years. Even others he knew before me online have not seen or heard from him and a loner/introvert he didnt have many rl friends other than fam and men he worked with in a factory setting.  Not even ever a serious rl relationship and only had a handful of ppl online he could trust.
