i had the idea to start the same as we have in "successful relationship stories"

post what is happening right now, what the scale showed this morning...
positive affirmations and so on.

it hasnt happened yet but it will

ok, my scale showed one pound lost this morning 
and, no matter what i do- i am losing weight and fat each day and getting thinner and thinner.
what a great great feeling to feel light 

i am grateful that i weigh 70 kg.... woooooooow

Thanks for starting this thread.  I am in the process of getting my fit body too. I think, we can use this thread to share our progress and motivate eachother. 

I strongly believe my fats are melting away.  I am feeling lighter and lighter with each day.  Each and every slight difference in my body makes me happy.   I am highly motivated.  Thankyou Universe.

My metabolism is automatically adjusted to support my weight loss goal.

I hope this is the right place for me to post my success story about weight loss.  I am somewhat new to LOA, and am trying to learn all I can. 

I belong to Weight Watchers, to lose weight, and decided to try the LOA with my weight loss efforts.  I weigh in every week.  The first week, I pictured myself losing weight.  I pictured losing 2 lbs.  I felt confindent, knowing I would lose 2 lbs.  Guess what!  At that week's weigh in, I did indeed lose exactly 2 lbs!!  Not 1.8 lbs, not 2.2 lbs.  Convinced, I again pictured myself losing weight.  I pictured losing 1.6 lbs.  I wanted to shake it up a little...I felt confident once again, and at that weigh in, yep - 1.6 lbs.  Amazing!    This last week, I had such a struggle at work, stress etc.  I told myself - okay - 1 lb.  again I pictured the number on the scale - and didn't think of it again.   Saturday a.m. at my weigh in - sure enough - exactly 1 lb!  This is absolutely amazing!  The exact numbers I pictured. I was very specific. The exact numbers I asked for.

Like I say, I am new to this, I am learning, but I did indeed manifest exactly what I wanted, without doing anything any different except believing and asking.

I also wanted to say how much I enjoy reading all of your uplifting posts.  I feel comfortable here and look forward to much success with you all.
