Suddenly found a resistance

After years and years of spending money in necesary and unnecesary items I found out today in the supermarket  that I feel bad when I have to pay.... and this feeling is new.. 
Since when?
Well I supose since a sad time in wich I was without a cent... 3 or 4 years ago. Iwas always the opposite, I also enjoy good life, good wine, nice vacations
Is just the paying.... what happened to me?
How can I  revert this?
advice - tips..

Here are some ways you can change this...i have manifested some money in a short amount of time.


-Make daily AFFIRMATIONS on how money is flowing into your life..how money is empowering and neccessary...money is a blessing....

-Place $$$$ all over...on your Vision Board or Place in your Creation Box

-Journal what you use money for, list what you are buying with this money

-Specifically write down dollar amounts ($1,000, $5,000, $10,000) for your Visions Board/Creation Box

-Write (in a new or blank bank book) the amounts you are depositing and/or you are saving in your account

Could you tell me the difference between vision board and creation box?

I've use vision boards in the past.. but not much aware of the box..

Good Morning-


I just learned of the Creation Box myself (or magic box) it has the same idea and feeling as the vision board...which i have a swell, a large on ein my home office so i see it all the time! 

The only difference i see with the box (any box you have by the way--mine is pretty floral box) is the photos and affirmations that are stored inside it are hidden away..in YOUR OWN LITTLE WORLD so to speak, and from what i have read once you place your pix and intentions in there you are to close the box and put it away..that would be the letting go
