Galia, If you have lost something that you have it before, let's say wealth, what would you do to get it back?

Roslan,

I already did that some years ago- it wasn't money, but a boyfriend that is now my husband.

You need first of all to be very clear on what you want.
Then you write down your wishes.   ( I do that once monthly.)

You start doing affirmations about what you want - morning when you wake up and evening when you go to sleep (this is the moment when your brain is in the perfect state for that).

The rest of the time you absolutely need to be positive and happy and so naturally you'll send positive vibes to the Universe. The problem with the "wealth" search is that it's a whole state of mind so you need to do some inner work - I mean clear the "bad" conceptions you have about money and wealth.

You have to live your daily life like a prosperous person and especially be very grateful for what you already have.

Now with the affirmations morning and evening you need to do visualization as well - see yourself already very wealthy, doing the things you want being wealthy etc...

To sum up:

1. a list of your wishes


2. affirmations + visualisation morning and evening  (like "I'm now having 3000 euros monthly income", "I'm prosperous"....etc...)


3. stay grateful and detached of the outcome (nevermind what will happen, you are already happy and wealthy)


4. do not give advices to the Universe on how to make you wealthy

one more advice pen down the amount you want and keep attracting, and i assure you that you will find some way out to get that specific amount it may b just an idea or plan which comes to your mind and when we work with law of attraction you will realize that there always a positive solution to all your problems.

the results depend on how powerful is your wish and how powerful are your affirmations and visualizations but also on the question of "are you detached of the outcome"..?

Galin is right detachment makes us more close towards the universe ,we all want to stick to our desire
it makes us feel if i dont think of it even for a  day it will not manifest and this is again our belief system:)
which is not true.
Detachment does not mean stop hoping or stop thinking about it, it means have total faith that its all yours and let go  so that the universe can manifest it with his own ways and tricks:)

I love working with affirmations. ANY way you can find to change your habitual patterns of thought on any subject is worth exploring. The trick is to get to the subconscious where these habits are deeply rooted and replace them with habits of thought (beliefs) that serve you rather than hinder your progress toward joy, freedom and growth.

The problem is the conscious or critical mind which rejects any new idea that doesn't jive with the limiting beliefs in the subconscious -- like a bouncer.

This is the idea behind hypnosis -- to distract the Conscious or Critical Mind and gain direct access to the Subconscious or Habitual Mind.

My quest over the last 20 years has been to develop tools to do just that. I call it MindWare -- software for the mind.
