What a bunch of bull. The person you are trying to attract would need to feel some interest. You can’t attract someone who feels nothing for you. LOA doesn’t take away free will. If they feel nothing for you, LOA won’t work.

I don't know you, and with all due respect. I think you are dead wrong.

I do feel however that if a person does not know you, or has never seen or heard of you, then action will have to be taken to get that person to know you. If you have had a loving relationship in the past, then that love remains forever tucked back into one's heart. So attracting that person is by all means possible and likely provided one's heart is not preoccupied with another.
