31 years is truly an investment in a relationship. Many things happen over a single lifetime and your vibrations can and will change as if it is not up to you.
I am here to tell you, that it IS up to you. You can change your vibrations merely by being aware of the thoughts you think. When you change those negative thoughts into positive ones, your emotions change just as quickly, thus your vibrations change with the emotions. It is the vibrations put out by your emotions that the Universe picks up on and if the vibrations are positive, then so will be the outcomes you desire.
Attracting an ex, requires constant monitoring of your thoughts, if a bad thought comes in, it must be replace immediately with a positive one, any positive one. Changing the thoughts themselves is the easy part, monitoring your thoughts constantly is the tough part.
The holidays are tougher as you are used to having the one you love to share them with. This is a conditioned thought or emotion.
Try to love yourself first, send love to your ex, send love to all you know.
Then send more out to everyone in the Universe, and you will be surprised how good that can make you feel.
Don't get caught up in the hows, whens, wheres of the manifestation of your ex. Simply let go of all the negative, let go of him and all thats past. Envision often a future with him as if it were happening right now.
Do this often, do it with love, as fear will suck the life right out of you.
So let go of any fearful thoughts as they occur.
You will notice as each day goes by you get stronger and stronger, until one day, and it will be soon, that you no longer NEED anything.
Want without need is the same as "Asking, feeling gratitude for it, letting go of it, expecting your desired outcome, then receiving the desired outcome.
Those are the basic things to know.
Most everything else taught here is designed to allow you to obtain your power back. To lift you up to your higher self, make you truly feel good, and help you to let go so that the steps above will bring about that which you truly want.
This is how you can attract anything, not only your ex, but anything you desire.
Love is the opposite of fear. Love will bring forth wonderful living. Fear destroys.
There is much to learn and this forum for me has been an incredibly educating experience, as well as an inspiring one.
All the people here are willing to share, and love, without judgement.

I got a little bit confused about the Letting go part
1.Ask.visualize
2. let it go
3. receive
My question is how many times we have to visualize our wish before we get to the letting go part, The secret movie states that you have to visualize every day,but if u do so you won't get to the letting go part any soon

Sunshinee,not sure if I am the best to answer this,but I will give it a go.

There is no amount of time you have to visualize before you get to "the letting go part". The amount you should visualize is all up to you. It is up to if it feels good for you,if it makes you positive,focused on the outcome,make you keep up the faith and send out the loving and in harmony vibrations,so that you can be/stay aligned with the level to recive your wish.
Visualize should never be a chore,so only visualize when it feels right for you. The reason (I believe) the Secret movie says to visualize everyday is because that is often the best thing to do,that doesn`t mean in every situation. So if you wanna visualize that much it is okay,if you wanna visualize less then that is okay too.

The letting go part,well there are so many opinions on this so I choose to just tell you my experience.
I focused on myself,on making myself happy and doing what I wanted,then I automaticly started to let go. It just happened. I guess I reclaimed my power and put my self back on my golden pedesteal!

Let me share my experience and what I found out.

I have attracted few women into my life exactly how I wanted it. I got it by every single choice from those woman I wanted.

I was wanted virgin woman whom I was her first love plus the personality and royalty I expected, I received..
I was wanted a working woman with good career position and good financial status, and sincere mind, I received..
I even attracted my ex-girl back once and I received..

Not by chance not by luck, it was certainly law of attraction.

No matter how you want, asked and it's given.

Another important fact is, that person you attract into your life, he or she does not have to feel "into" you from the beginning. Remember that it is the person you want, so you attract and you like him/her, but that person may not realize it at the starts.

What you do next is to keep faith, keep believe and keep your purity of love power to carry on. Affirmation or visualization can be brought to use here. When you are running mind power activity stuff, at the end of each time, let it go and stay detach.

Why? ---- Law of attraction work best with positive, harmonious and alignment of mind thought and action. Detachment make you feel free, light, trust and faith, on the other hand, attachment is fearful, lack, worry heavy and negative pressure forces arises. Your partner can sense this unconsciously, too. Every body must have had experience that if you attached to much to you friends or lovers, they seem to keep away or run away from you!

That's it.. do the mind work and be detached. Be positive have faith and trust your power. Develop a good life in the day time and develop mind work to the person you want and already met at night and let go with believe. I have done it, it did not take overnight, it took me up to 6 month after I met the woman before I started to see positives changes in her reaction. It took so long not because her fault, it was my fault that I trap into attachment and negative feeling in my own self.

I want to clarify another key when people say "..we cannot force specific person to love you as it is against their freewill.."

I want to say that we are not forcing someone to love us. The fact is, we are create attraction for someone to have intention on us. When we attracted, we talk and we talk we learn each other and this part is where love is create and this part is natural effort between the two of you.

Remember the power work best with positive attitude, if we keep thinking that doing this is bad, it will sync into your mind and become negative side power and we will fail to create good attraction even though your mouth keep saying you want that person so much.

Alas, no, it was only with this guy and i didn't attach to him. In all my other relationships, i was quite attached to having someone and each one of those relationships lasted for years.
With this guy, i wanted to do everything right. he had complete freedom. I spent time with my friends . i focused on my career. i had my own apartment. I did everything right and it simply didn't work. i even broke up with him when he didn't treat me as I deserved. I did everything right.
Before I met him, i was on cloud nine. I was looking so forward to meeting the guy that i had been manifesting for years. the anticipation of meeting him felt good and kept me positive. After i met him and he wasn't as into me as I was to him, all I did was focus all of my love on him. It was real love and i was very careful to make my energy, pure, gentle, and positive.
Here's the thing, everything that I have accomplished, i have done for him. I make sure to look pretty everday. I work out. I suceed at work and school, all for him. I did good deeds in his honor. I prayed everday to become the absolute best person for him; so that he would have no doubt about that and be drawn to me.
Well, it didn't work and I am a very talented manifestor. But, I am ready to let him go because I gave all of my energy to him. I gave so much love and attention to someone who doesn't even care about me.
The only desperation that I ever did feel was the desperate need to find another guy to take my mind off of him. But, no guy was good enough because they weren't him. That's why, I'm ready to begin forgetting about him. I would like to meet a nice man who appreciates me and I can sense that there are a lot of them out there. I'm not even in a hurry about that. Although, there are three men right now expressing interest, so I know that I'm on the right track!
Anyway, if I wouldn't have spent so many years manifesting him and if I wouldn't have had that vision of him right before I met him, I wouldn't have held on so tightly. I wanted things to work out, in part, to be yet more evidence of my abilities but now I just don't care. I'm ready to move on.

Too many have, so my belief you can, the why, how and when, I think may be too much on some people's minds and that creates doubt. It is not that you cannot, it is do you really believe you can. Too many have, therefore I believe you can.

Dee..have you ever thought that maybe....there is no right thing to do? You said you did everything right....but who defines right?? Like i too know that giving complete freedom is the *right* thing to do...but i also know that if a lover gives complete and absolute freedom to me - well, i kinda think that hes indifferent and he doesnt care enough...now, i know that probably what im feeling is *wrong*...and maybe that defines that i dont love myself *enough*...but i have to admit, that whether right or wrong, i do enjoy some jealousy

..so, who cares if its right? if a guy doesnt give me what i need to feel good, then my heart grows cold towards him, because i dont feel cherished..and maybe that guy would give me complete freedom because he feels its right...but for me, is wrong

Im saying all these cause in the last convo with my guy i did all the wrong things - i accused him/swore on him/showed weakness/showed jealousy...yet the outcome was far more better than when i was using the *right* words

Of course, u cant know what Chris perceives as right....but you know what makes YOU feel good....so if a so called *wrong* behavior makes u feel good, then i suggest u follow that..for example, if u feel like being a little clingy, do it..maybe thats what he needs (i know i need a clingy guy some times - and now you people can stone me for my limiting beliefs and self loathing

@Magdog, I'm not one to get caught up in the how, why, when and it's not about believing that I can't. It's about asking myself why would I want to be with someone who doesn't appreciate me when I am sure there are many who will. I was seeing him as the only option because I manifested him and had the vision, period. That's the only reason why i love him in a romantic sense. it's not like other exes with whom Ive shared experiences. We never went anywhere together. We never shared special moments of love and laughter. he didn't even introduce me to his brother when he was visiting from abroad and we'd been dating for four months by then.
The only reason why i've kept my vigilance is because he was the dream guy i had made up in my head, right down to so many tiny details that I'd put on my list, and because i had a clear vision of him in meditation and said, "okay, I'm ready. " and he appeared within 20 minutes from that. But, just because those very amazing things happened doesn't mean that I have to pin all of my hopes and dreams on him.
As far as, too many have, yes, of course, I'm one of them. I've manifested each and every ex back at some point or another, but so what? Seriously. I'm not with any of them now and have no desire to be. instead of me putting in all the energy, i think i'll let some guy consciously manifest me for a change.
@Ersie, i know exactly what you're saying. i did everything wrong in every relationship and they lasted for years and years (I didn't enjoy them because i was doing everything "wrong") but the point is the men were bonded to me. if a man feels bonded to a woman, he puts up with all kinds of crap from her, truly. With the last guy, knowing that I behaved in a very mature manner in both the physical and spiritual worlds, just tells me that if the guy doesn't bond with me, then its just not right. I've bonded with so many men (just as friends) since meeting him and he just wasn't "putting out" so to speak.
But, most men are not like him so I feel really positive about moving on. I used to feel the energy connection between us constantly. Now, I don't. I know it's still there because we're all connected, but, now I feel like i am no longer with him.I've waited a long time to feel detachment from him. True detachment, like with my other exes and finally, I feel I can open my heart to a new guy when the time is right!

Theres this girl ive been into for a bit now, and I used to be an awkward person. So I would say nervous thoughts out loud and I had felt like maybe it had ruined my chances. I let go of her, let her live and just recently has she came back onto my mind. I attracted this specific article because of it, ive been using this technique for about three days (today being the third) I say "(her name) loves me" many many many countless times a day, and yesterday I noticed a difference between this time, and the last couple times ive tried using LOA. I feel stronger now, and confident that its working. I feel no desperation that I used to, and the thoughts of doubt arent even noticable to me now, im having strong faith and last night is when I started having the visualizations, they are coming naturally on their own. This time im not trying to force the feelings and thoughts of us as I would in the past, they are just happening, and I can only smile and feel gratitude.
