When you realize that life is meaningless and the only meaning of life is in your head.
You suddenly relax and realize that life is not serious. In that moment of needing to do nothing you feel your innate pull to create something. This is called desire.
Previously desire was experienced through the mind as “I must get this done or there will be a consequence. I will be a loser. Or I will not get what I need to prove to myself that I’m valuable.”.
Once you detach from the untruth that life is important or valuable, you are free to create without any concern for whether your creations turn out or not. In that moment your creations become more powerful and joyous.

I found the movie very helpful.
The exercises were not so beneficial for me but what really stood out to me was the part about finding joy within ourselves. I was told that by many people on this forum right after I lost Ken in August. They were telling me to be happy by myself. To find the joy that exists inside me and pull it out and surround myself with it. It was hard to do at the time, but this time I can do it! It may be because Ken said this time that he was letting me go for now, and maybe that was keeping the hope alive; but this time I am not doing things for mine and Ken's relationship. I am doing things he wanted me to do for the sake of myself and my children without him. He told me not to do these things because he wanted me to do them, but to do these things for myself. That way it takes his influence off my actions and puts them on me, which I think was a wise thing for him to do.

The thing I found so true in the movie was the part where Hale said that we want things that we don't have and that is in a way telling us that if we could have these things, only then could we be happy. But we need to change our thinking to: I don't need; I don't want; I already have. What he is talking about is what brings us joy. I don't need joy because I already have it in me. I don't want joy because I already have it in me. Do we need joy? Of course! Do we want joy? Of course we do! Do we have joy? Yes we do within ourselves. It exists in EVERYONE! Do you want or need something you already have? No.

 It is up to us to find joy in EVERYTHING! That is being grateful. Find joy in the things we take for granted ; the things we already have! For some, they think they will find joy in a loving relationship and when they don't have that loving relationship they don't think they have joy, so they want  that ex back (thinking they were happier when in that relationship.)  For others they think they will find joy in having more money, and lots of it. When they want that money its like saying I don't have joy because I don't have that money. They need to let go of the wanting something thinking they will have joy along with their desires. We should all be happy with what we have! That's when great things start to manifest.When we let go of the needing and wanting and can be grateful and happy with what we have, we will attract those other things.

Being in a state of joy and happiness is when we attract things. That is why you will hear the advice to live like you already have that person or thing you want. You don't need, you don't want....you have! That is what letting go is all about:Being grateful that you have things that you can find joy in and surrendering those things you don't have to the creator of the universe. Think about it this way: If you gave someone a gift and they don't show appreciation for it, would you want to give them anything else? That is how the creator/God/universe  feels: "Why should I keep giving this person something if he or she doesn't appreciate that in which I have already given him or her?" You give someone something and they want more because they are not satisfied with what you give them. They will never be satisfied if they can not find that power within themselves to be satisfied. They need to be dependent on themselves and not others (or things like relationships) for their happiness.

Bottom line:
We need to find joy in things we already have and not in relationships, money or what we don't have. We are really looking in the wrong places for that joy when it is right in us. In our subconscious higher self; in our heart; in our core; in our being; in who we are!!! Now pull that joy out, let go of the wanting and be ready for an AWESOME and most rewarding thing to happen in your life!!

Oh and Magdog I forgot to acknowledge how grateful I am to you for sharing this video. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

And another thing I wanted to add is that by saying we already have (instead of wanting,) is that the love for that person is in our heart and that is how we already have that person.

My friend Munib gave me the Sedona system and I have yet to try it out. After seeing the video I am real excited to get started on it.
