I watched the video through FB.  I liked it but was still a bit unsure about the simplicity of the process these people went through.    I have never studied the Sedona Method.  Has anyone here ever been to their workshops?

It does work, I have the book, it simply is verbal EFT. If you EFT and it works for you then go with that. Or you can do both.

I think the movie totally stinks and is just a commercial for the Sedona Method.  I was actually curious about the SM but after watching this movie, I have to laugh.  It's clearly aimed at people who like to be told what to do, as far as their spirituality is concerned.   I'm not one of those people.  I  trust the answers that come from within.

I think the sedona method can go hand in hand with loa to some extent. The most difficult part for me with the loa is the letting go and trusting - I can do it easily enough for small thing I'm not so concerned about manifesting and they manifest quickly and I'm sure it's the letting go that is the discriminating factor. For igger things I do feel unable to let go and the sedona method helps with this. I found the video quite useful - like many of these things there is a lot of waffle at the begining.

For my own position - I think it has helped me let go a little - maybe it's timing and I was doing it anyway. The downside is - letting go of the outcome - has led me to feel a little bit like I've let go of the hope I had too. so I'm not sure if it was a good thing? I think if all you want is to let go and be able to move on then it's prob a good thing but I wanted to let go of the desperation but still retain belief - I'm not sure I've done that.

Sedona is good, basically the whole method is below, I have not watched the video yet, It is just a way of releasing resistance as EFT is, if anyone wants the book, message me and I will send it over to you. Magdog, I see you use the word apathy.  To me apathy is no feelings, absence or suppression – sort of negative.   Ambivalence on the other hand, is being able to accept various outcomes.

Sorry, I was so harsh about the movie.  I really didn't like it but I think I was so harsh because I'm grumpy right now.

I thought that's how I would feel and that's why I have been so keen to find how to let go. I feel I have let go of the desperation and fear which is good but alongside that I seem to have lost hope and belief too which is not good.

I know I have a lot to be grateful for and I don't regret a minute of the time with him but I feel that I won't have anymore either - I'm not sure why. It's only been a couple of weeks none contact which is the longest ever and each day is harder rather than easier. I know it's for the best right now especially if anything is ever to change in the long term but I'm finding it hard.

I did get a text from an ex last night after a long long period of none contact - not that I want any and was thinking maybe that's a sign that even after a long time someone can reconnect if they want. Howerever we have a child together so I feel he's never going to actually forget me whereas the guy I love - we don't have that link.
