the kleem discussion is very interesting!! do you have to do it whilst meditating? or can you do it anytime? i tried it out this evening whilst driving home from work!

You have to say it out , at least 108 times. There are videos on youtube you can follow, makes it easier to follow the sound they want you to make

Bit more of an update for you...

My ex called me tonight and asked me to come around to help her with her laptop, it was all so friendly and jokey and she said some things and wondered if I could get your opinion...

She said why do I think of her and help her, I shouldn't think about her, and why don't I go and have sex with my friend who she keeps making little quips about, I replied because we are just friends, she was sitting very close to me and then said that it didn't matter to me if she was married with 4 children that I would still look at her with these puppy dog eyes, we had a little cuddle and it was me both times who ended the cuddle... she also said that she was going to unfriend me on facebook but all of this was said in a very light hearted joky way... the whole conversation was light hearted, we had one of those slow goodbyes when you walk to the door but new conversations keep coming up... she then said that she was trying to put me off her by looking rough and generally a mess...

I ended the evening by giving her a kiss on the cheek which she didn't shy away from and I genuinely think if I kissed her properly she would of let me... it was that looking at each other in the eyes sorta thing, she said I didn't miss her that I missed the house and she knows that I never liked the house... not at any time did she tell me not to touch her or shy away from a cuddle or the kiss on the cheek...

It kinda felt like she was testing me to see if I was gonna give up... she moves on thursday and although its only to another town I just want to turn up tomorrow and give her a proper goodbye kiss...

I have left feeling very positive and the whole time we spent together was really friendly...

Am excited but didn't want the evening to end but it was me that ended it...

Sorry about the essay – what do you guys think?!

Ok, so I did the Kleem thing yesterday and I don't know if it's related but my body it burning up today... I am literally HOT haha!
Feels so weird because I generally don't feel heat, I have always joked that I am a lizard because I don't make my own heat. This is the first time I can recall having a feeling of heat coming from inside me!!
It's weird! Maybe I am just getting sick or something but I don't feel bad in anyway, just hot!

Hi guys,

Glad you are having fun with Kleem – be interesting to find out if it does anything for you....

This evening I went to say goodbye to my ex as she moves tomorrow. Everything was all cool, we were getting on well – we had a couple of cuddles and she let me kiss her – twice! She also said that I need to find myself a girlfriend, and that she doesn't ever talk about me to anyone and the difference between us is that we are in different places and that she has moved on... yet she let me kiss her?

When I left I jokinly said take care, just wanted to say goodbye – kissed her again and remarked that I hope the kiss was better than her last one... whereupon she got all defensive and asked how I knew what she had been up to and I joked and said oh just wanted it to be better than the last one that you had (meaning mine), she got very defensive and said that she is fed up with people knowing her business and how did I know the last person who kissed her wasn't any good?

Who has been talking to me?

I just left it, said goodbye but have sent a text saying didn't mean to offend and that I don't know anything was just being silly like when she was saying to me on Monday night that I should sleep with my friend!

What do you all think? I could take this negatively by the way it ended but she let me kiss her, didn't push me away on both occasions? Someone always said – don't listen to what people say listen to what they do... so I am taking the positivity from it that she let me kiss her and hope hope hope that a little seed has been planted!!!

YAAAY! It'a awesome that she let you kiss her! DOn't worry about what was said, maybe she just didn't want you to know she had kissed somebody else and thought somebody had been talking to you about her private life.

Either way two good things- Yes she let you kiss her!! That's huge.

and secondly, You know now that the last person who kissed her wasn't very good, which would make her enjoy the kiss even more (she will feel that contrast).

Yes, I'm sure it has planted the seed.

Thank you True Love, I think that also.. its like verbally she is telling me to meet other people and that the ship has sailed but physically she didn't stop me and I honestly think that if she didn't care or had no feeling of love towards me she would have stopped the kiss and pushed me away... I I think the verbals are just that, whereas the non pushing away is a subconscious yes.. even if she cannot articulate or comprehend it... I think the thing to now is detach and let her come to me... Oh I spoke to her on the phone shortly afterwards and I said, just wanted to make sure I hadn't offended you and that we are cool – I said I am glad we are friends and she said friends don't kiss.. so what are we?

Love Producer... I am lucky to have such an amazing little girl, so positive and such wonderful company, she really is my best friend and she loves her wishing box! I am truely grateful for having her in my life!

Ah hahaha! "Friends don't kiss, so what are we?" This is amazing progress! She has definitely been thinking about you and the kisses and trying to understand her feelings. SHe's trying to define it.

I feel intuitively that if there are any blocks it's just her own fear or limiting beliefs stopping her from letting this happen. Maybe even try some Ho'oponono to help her release her blocks.. I think it's all coming together now.

Thanks True Love, not going to see her for a bit now so am going to have to try to detach for a bit and see what happens... yesterday I was thinking about her and I was in the little shop down the road from where I live and behind the counter was some sort of medicine type thing and the first 6 letters spelt the name of the village she has moved to! I have never noticed that before in the shop! Also every time I am on facebook she is always in my little list of friends that appears on my profile, all the others change each time I view the page but she is always there in the same position! And if I am feeling a little down she is always on the top 6 friends block right at the beginning!

I am staying the course!
