Other Person?

Like so many people here I would like to get my ex back!

However, I have this weird problem where I keep imagining them with someone else. Sometimes when I say my love and I's name together, I accidentally say my love and this other person's name. I would definitely NOT like for my ex and this third person to be together, but sometimes the jealous thoughts of them together really get to me. There are times when I can imagine my ex and I together perfectly, but its like I have this fear that this other third person is somehow going to come in my thoughts and get with my love.

Its not good because instead of visualizing my love and I together just because I want us together, its like I'm doing it just to stop them and this third person from being together and its driving me bananas!

How do I get this third person out of my head!! I just want to imagine my love and I together in peace, but its a little hard to. I don't mean to sound rude but...how do I drop the thoughts of other person that's never had anything to do with our relationship before???

I had the same problem as you. And the more I would try to get rid of the fear, the more it would grow. I think instead of trying to get rid of the thoughts, replace them. A positive thought is way more stronger than a bunch of negative ones, so next time that happens, just imagine erasing that thought and replace it with one where you and your ex are together and happy. Soon that other person won't even exist. Good luck!

Ty ty guys. I've been really trying to delete those thoughts. But for some reason that third person is so finely mixed into my thoughts I feel stuck! I read something Abraham Hicks said about deactivating unwanted vibrations, and the only way to do it was to think of something else wanted.

Which makes total, and complete sense!

But what if every time I try to think of my wanted result, it still has that third person coming in and turning it into the unwanted?? I feel lost. I can't think of the unwanted OR even the wanted now! ughhh this is frustrating. I'm not sure what to think now!
