I think it may have been Purebliss who discussed using a candle when she did her meditations. The books and things I have read on witchcraft are heavy into candle use. I think it is all a way to focus your energy. I do wonder if you can use your LOA to get your Tarot predictions to manifest more quickly.

Yeah. However, this is not a practice or method from the Witchcraft. Although they seem to be alike but Witchcraft uses much more complications like Lesser Pentagram or even some rituals to evoke the phenomenon and entities. Yes. This a way to direct your energy and manipulate it to some object. We can also use Tarot predictions to manifest if you really believe that Tarot would bring you the signs you desire and actually makes you believe.
