Thanks for this post! But how exactly do you use this method? Do you just repeat the affirmation over and over wherever you are, or do you need to sit and be in a meditative state? Can you just say the words generally, or do you have to focus on something?

i say it over and over but really concentrate on what i am saying, really mean it when i say it. you can find also many great meditations on youtube.

Ok so I have this weird problem. I am a person than is generally very positive and I share positivity with other people, I have no problem saying affirmative sentences (I used to tho), no problem doing mantras..well all of this I learnt with LOA.
I am also very strong.
However I had a lot of traumatising stuff happening in my life..
 Let's say it this way..if a person has 3 layers..outter, middle and inner..then i'm happy in my outter and middle layer but not in my inner layer. I call my state right now artificial happiness..since I AM happy but there's an inner side of myself that I need to leave alone to feel happy.

So the point is: i can't do stuff like Ho'oponopono. It makes me cry and it makes me really heartbroken as ridiculous and embarassing as that sounds.

So I was wondering if anyone has any suggestion on how to do this so it would help me do it easier..And I know about EFT.

[MODIFICATION] Okay scratch that. It seemed to be a reaction to starting it, recalling stuff and so.

Now I'm able to do it. Will probably have problems in the future too but i got started at the very least.

i think the same, its a healing process, i cried too..... but i found out a great healing technique and soooo easy 

but i have also something for you, which erases bad thoughts or experiences. i had success and many other on here as well. easy to use, no costs and you get audios to listen... its just awesome

it depends on how deep it is. mostly only one round, and it takes only 10 min or so, sometimes more rounds, but its fun too!!!

i dont know if the order does matter... but they tech it like that and the order make sense to me anyway

you dont have to say it outloud, just when you can. i say it loud when i am alone, but keep repeating it in my head during the day....
