Testing LOA? I don't believe it affects either way

I was reading another post where there were some agreements/disagreements on testing the LOA.

This is my opinion as far as I understand the LOA.

I don't think the universe knows or care we are testing the LOA.  Some of us tends to say to ourselves, hey, why don't we try and manifest something small first. Like a $20 note.  The LOA will give you what you asked for no matter how small or big or what it is.  As far as how long it will take for what you asked, that is up to the universe to decide.  We don't worry about the "how".
If you ask for something bad to happen to someone, I think the universe will also oblige, but I could be wrong here.

The only time I think it is bad to "test" the LOA is when you believe you were using the LOA spiritually.  For e.g I think we can use the LOA together with a Saint or bring God into the equation.

Testing is fine to do IMO. Do it when you are in a good mood or when you feel like you are really happy. I did it this week, there have been some signs since i started to use LOA, but i wanted to make sure. Two days ago i was in the car and i thought of a song i havent heard in a long time, so i said in a fun way alright lets see if i can make it manifest, the next day i was driving to work and the first song on the radio was that one. The song is 20 years old, and i might have heard it on the radio 2-3 times ever.

I think the issue from the previous thread concerning testing was simply the use of the word 'test'. The argument being that you are ALWAYS manifesting so it's not a test it's a manifestation. I don't believe it matters what you call it, but I do think because the universe is responding to the feelings you are having, so if you are asking for something just to 'test' there is no real desire for that thing, therefore it may not manifest and you will believe that LOA doesn't work. So make sure it's something you would actually love to have.
As for wishing something bad on another.. well there are other Universal Laws at play in our lives and what you reap you shall sow... what we do for others we also do for ourselves.. and we are all connected, so sending hurtful energy is the last thing you should do.. I don't know if it will hurt the other but you will definitely hurt yourself.
