UP she has made it clear that she wants to be collegues only and by the sound of it her work friends, so I think youre right to be standing back. I feel for you cos I know you feel frustrated. But sometimes the length of your messages and the sub sections and quotes etc make me lose the will to live. God knows how being the recipient and theme of 3 of them would feel. So I imagine if she told her friends it explains their reaction. So keep the none contacting up.

As for the posts on the group chat. I think youre making it more than it is so you can use it an excuse to contact her. It was a couple of posts nothing more nothing less. As for the looking in your direction, I doubt it was anything meaningful. The woman knows how you feel, you sent 3 long emails explaining it. She doesn't need to be doing things to attract your attention, she knows she has it. If she wants to talk to you she will, not post things in group chat message. I strongly suggest you get on with things and keep quiet and let her approach you when shes ready.
