Success today in turning negative thoughts around

So today I saw on Facebook that the other girl that likes my guy is going to see the show currently playing at his theater company (a major theater company in my city).

My first thought was thought she was going with him and I was upset.  But I was able to turn that around very quickly.  First of all, this show is a big deal - they will sell out all performances.  Secondly, I asked him about tickets to it and he sent me an email that he got with a way to get discounted tickets - he probably did the same for her and other friends.  Third, I remember him saying that he will be working long days through October because of a major project, so he's probably not going.  Fourth, even if he is, WHO CARES?  This is what he needs to do to get to me, so it's fine.

I'm so proud of myself for being able to turn it around.
