im sure theres others (and myself) who need reminidng of not to keep cheking their other half, or whoever  you are trying to attract back facebook profile! any viewsss on this topic would be much appeciated and beneficial

Deactivate it. I did so 2 months ago and inmediatly I felt relieve. And believe me! I was OBSESS with facebook in general (over 3,000 "friends", because of a talent me and my ex have, and everybody on the island know us for what we do ), so it was very dificult to even think about deactivating, but as soon as it hit me, I did it in no time. I also erased the iphone app and strangely, did not have any kind of anxiety or desperation, just peace and relieve. Deactivate it!!

(you will no lose anything, it will not delete your account and youll be able to activate it again with no problem).

christy i did deactivate but i kept logging in to activate! but i left it active and just didnt visit it for 3 weeks and that is when i saw results! me and my guy were talking loads and he was acting soo cute and loving was different to the relation ships we had!! and once everything was good i was visiting it again, and i think his gave me limiting belifs again as i would view his profile and stufff!!...yesterday we didnt talk at all! and nothing so far today! but i know iv done it once and i can do it again!!!! he IS mine! I AM love I AM true hapiness! HE loves me,HE is ATTRACTED to me!I attract with great ease and GRATITUDE:)

YES!!!!! I think Im in the same place as you!!! After 2 looooong months of no contact (and no fb), last week I activate it and he send me like 4 inbox telling me how much he misses me and loves me!!!!! Then I did a stupid mistake on facebook (fb, please burn in hell), and now hes not speaking to me, so I think im gonna leave him alone for some days and then met him in person (for the first time in 3 months!!) and explain everything. So yeah, facebook is the devil himseld hahah, just dont enter and make him miss you. Remember to send him loving vibes meanwhile and keep on FEELING the love he has towards you!!! We can do it girl!!!!! Yeah yeah woooo, D loves me and I KNOW so!!!! I just have to be caml and let the universe do his thing!! D baby, lets do this, we believe in our love!!!! Aaawwww...yupiii!

 just a question how do i send loving thoughts to him? i just dont want to push contact because ill be playing the "how" part otherwise! yeah just give your guys a few days to calm down! he WILL forgive he LOVES you , WE CAN DO THIS!more than half way there!

Yesss yes!!! My doubts and sadness were because he suddenly stopped talking to me and I thought he just forgot about me or having anything to do with me. Now Im very so sure that he still thinks about me!! I dunno about him wanting a relationship, but i will not push it (only in secret using loa hahha).

So, what I do to send him loving thoughts is to actually think good for him. Like, (I do this, hahhaa ---> ) "Hi universe/god/angels/virgen mary/moon/mother nature/spiritual beings/light beings/loa/love/all the saints and any one else that may be taking good care of me. I just want thr best for D, I would love him to have the best of life ans be the happy, dun, loving person he can be (he is in a very hard situation right now). D, I love you, I know you will be over all of this and I have faith you ARE way better than you are right now. I want happiness for you, light, and to enjoy love in all its senses. Love for life, love for yourself, love for others (he is in so much anger toward everything right now...).

So, I set my mind on thoughts like that and really FEEL them. I try to only think good about him. Oh wait! I will link a nice clip about it, hold on.

@Christy, if I deactivate my FB account, will all the posts in there be deleted as well?

If you deactivate your facebook account, whenever you decide to activate it,
everything will reappear exactly as you last left it. All your friends, messages, posts, etc. will
be there. It might take a few minutes
for it all to reappear, but it does. So no worries
