I still miss her though. Everyday I wish I could hold her. Speak to her, be like a child with her without any fear. That is what I miss the most. But I can control myself now. I don't break down when I think of old times. Though sometimes my eyes do well up.
I just had a heart break. Lots of bad things happening in this world. People don't have food, water, education, money. Dictators killing their own people. Kids in Africa dying because of starvation. I am very fortunate. I have so many things.
Read up about Buddha, Abraham Lincoln, Gandhi. Or watch films or documentaries about them. Read their writings. They suffered a lot. But they gave a lot too. They inspire me to be strong.
I do not think I am alive to pine and cry and ruin my life over one girl. I do love her yes but life has more to it than one girl no matter how great she is. You are special too.
Would you behave the same way with friends and go after them if they behaved with you like your love did. Most people won't. Yet they are the ones who stand beside you now. Call old friends you don't talk to or you had fights with. Take a step forward on your own, even if you are not at fault, it is the good thing to do.
This is just what I think. Look around yourself. There will be million things you are fortunate to have.
One girl or guy is not worth all that thinking in our brain, as it is unfortunately we humans can use only 5% of our brains, so don't waste it all on one person.
