ok i was reading on a different forum about sending love to exes! They say it doesnt work bc when you give tham alot of love they feel fullfilled so they dont miss you at all bc they are full of ur love! However, others suggested that when you do this, you should visualize them giving you love, a form of self love bc it gives you love to so it balances things out! Im wondering what every ones opinion is on this? Has any one done this that way with any success? Just a thought!

ok im gonna copy and paste what i read!

For example: You visualize other person bringing in flowers, reaching out to hold your hand, touch your hair gently, or kiss you. Instead of you putting out all your emotions just loving him or her too much, let it initiate from them and then respond naturally as you would in real life. This I learned from Love Meditation by Deepak Chopra and others. This helps to develop self-love which is needed to receive love from others.Most people when they visualize, they see themselves showering the other person with all their love. Giving too much oneway depletes one's energy. For any attraction, energies must be balanced and that's why learning to send unconditional love to yourself is a good idea. In this way, you're learning the same but using something to connect with. Please do not ask me about any success in it as I'm not doing it at the moment. But when I do in guided meditation with Deepak Chopra, I feel good.

I agree..One must send love to self first because If you dont love yourself,how can you even send it to anyone

But somehow this does not resonates well with me They say it doesnt work bc when you give tham alot of love they feel fullfilled so they dont miss you at all bc they are full of ur love! but since I havent tried it so I wont be able to comment.However I would like to know which book for Meditation you are talking about by Deepak Chopra..I am thinking to give mediatation a try.

i have no idea! I copy and pasted that whole second post! All i know is its a meditation called love meditation by deepak chopra, its suppost to be on amazon for 99 cents! Maybe there is a youtube video on it! But in the meditation you are suppost to immagin yourself saying to your ex that you love yourself and somehow they see that love and connect with you and love you back! Never tried it just thought ppl would like to try this if they did not allready!

I think when we send love to our exes or any one else,they can feel it and KNOWS that it is from us and because of this they think about us more and our communication with them become more meaningful.i have sent the energy ball to my ex for almost 21 days and after that we had a very sweet conversation.Dhaynes is another example.she sent the energy ball to her boyfriend and 15 minutes later he called her and said i could not stop thinking about you!! and i don't think this means we don't love ourselves!of course we love ourselves.if we don't love ourselves,we can not love another one!

idt thats the points lol! What i was getting at was the fact that when you only send loving energy to them they tend to not miss you but when you focus on them loving you, you get lot more attention from ur ex they tend to miss you more idk!

Is there any particular way we have to send love to our ex or just visualize.

Please tell me as I have started sending and want to know if I am doing it right way.
Only one thing I can feel now since I started doing is I can feel the same love again for him.

@Mr.positive,i don't know what is the truth.but i say from my experience and others successful experience.if you listen to Wendi's mp3,she says sending love energy makes your communication better with that person.cause in this exercise,you both send and receive love from each other.in my experience with sending love,i found that he had missed me lot!.......anyway every one has different opinion and experience.do what makes you feel better.

I uhh.. actually do this... I thought it was sending love! XD

That's the method I guess I use when i visualize/daydream/send love. I imagine him telling me how much he loves me and us being happy in a relationship. I imagine him adoring me and loving me, (because i already love and adore him so i don't visualize or send love like that because I already do and I just feel it as i imagine him feeling that way towards me). Lol It's pretty interesting to see the different ways we can send love and the natural ways too.
