Read from my ex facebook status update this morning that he has met with some unhappiness.  I was tempted to text him to ask him how he is, but have decided to go against it.

Because last month, I also read from Facebook that he was not feeling well, I thought it was a sign from the universe for us to rekindle our friendship again.  I text him to ask I how he was, but he didn't reply till the next day, and gave me a very short reply.  I figured that perhaps he is not ready to be friend yet.

Solast week was his birthday, I text him happy birthday and he replied with quite a positive tone.

However, today instead of texting him, I've decided to send him hugs from my heart.  I hope he can feel the love and warmth from me somehow and feel better!
