Sneha, I didn't understand (or I just refuse to believe) that no matter how bad the situation is, there is something good out of the situation. I know that when that situation you are in, it will not be that easy for you to believe this, but am sure you will realize it one of these days, as everything happens for a reason and it is always for your best. You know well that "thoughts become things" and your being in the negative vibration will only bring you more of the things and events that you don't want. Just let it go, the soonest time that you can! Just let him do everything that he wants to do, let him realize your worth in him and instead focus in you. Believe that you deserve to have the best in love and in your relationship, if not him, then there is someone better than him that the Universe/God has prepared for you. Keep loving yourself, and keep loving yourself but not putting anyone in your pedestal - but rather always giving Sneha all the love, respect and joy that Sneha deserves;)

57angel -  thanks for ur reply.I know that thoughts become things, so why are my positive thoughts not yielding any positive thing?

when these negatives happen , it gets difficult to force love myself?And my desire is to have him as my soul mate, It is difficlt to forget this for me though I am trying.

firstly apologies I went off the fb the other day as my internet connection had some problem.
Today morning I thought of you that today you might be waiting for his message/phone for deciding your meeting and I really wished you two have met.I am sorry you feeling so low but just to let you know you are not here alone going through all this.At one point in time I too went under such sort of anxiety and depression swings.In my situation before my guy broke off with me,he started appearing distant so I like visited him several times just to make sure that he will not withdraw.even when he broke off with me,I booked my tickets to his city and told him that I am coming.He was so mad at me that he said to me that I can come if I want but not to his place.It was so insulting as he knew I didnt know anyone in his city at that time.I was broke to my core.I did every activity of pleading and requesting him to take me back but he was adamant.It was then I realized that getting back with him is almost impossible and hence seeing no other way I decided to move on..Things were not easy then too but I knew that time that I dont have any choice but to move forward.My guy changed his no(a very big thing to do because he works as a Trade Finance officer in a bank and he approves loans and all his clients have his number and they are like thousands so it is not possible to tell each one of them individually),he was ready to change his branch(again very big thing to do coz that was the time of appraisal Feb/march)that much he was pissed off with me.I felt insulted and guilty..
Then I moved on with my life.It was that time when I realized that I want to get my PhD..so I like started seraching for options to persue my PhD.Honestly I actually forgot about him and my relationship.I can understand how some people say Let go because I have actually experienced this.Obviously I didnt let go because I wanted him back..I let go because I had no hopes of him ciming back and exactly after 1 month he calls from his old no..We spoke normal stuff and then he started callinng everyday and exactly 1 week after we were back again.
Ask yourself what will happen max if he doesnt meets you this time??or in November??
Nothing more than a day of feeling bad and that too if you allow yourself to feel bad.but now think what if you rise above this feeling bad thing and feel happy and detach yourself.You will get yourself back..your happiness and your life back and may be this guy too..Is it too much??
So I just want to say You cant fool universe..You have to match your words exactly with your feelings and actions.Sneha look at you!!You are a nice girl and you have everything one should feel blessed to have a relationship with.Dont give away your power to that guy.I am not saying this out of ego or something.I am saying this from a place of love..love for yourself first and formost.Whatever you have right now is a reasult of your past fears at concious and subconcious level..but the good news is if you created this you can create anything in future.Ankita posted a very nice link of learning LOA step by step.It gave me so much clarity on things specially my beliefs and how it can afftect my manifestations.
Dont take me wrong.I am not a good writer.I have hapzard way of expressing things.. but my intention is just to bring back to your senses and Take your power back to yourself!

Bal - thanks  a lot for ur reply.
 I guessed about the internet connection, the other day.Your reply is really inspiring and helped me get my beleives kickstart on track.

Actually I have let go , gained control and loved myself and all the good things happened.Just that this on and off thing disturbs me.Even when he is good to me, I try not to feel overwhelmed.I feel broken when I don't see any result.I am still attached .But, I will try to focus on my family these holidays, and myself too.

There are plenty of Abe Hicks videos on youtube which are my personally fav Other than that have you read the Bible post here on this forum? I am sure you have already but if you havnt go to it straightaway..Its not at all the thing to miss.Whenever you feel low distract yourself from feeling low about a subject. I love watching chick flicks or comedy movies.They get me back into what people call it vortex!
And just be assured this is something that happens with all of us..this occasional on and off stuff but now when you know LOA and how it works you must use it to manifest all your desires and they will.Just keep your faith..blind faith is what I call!

Well today I was just trying to pick myself up and doing things that I liked because I wanted to shift my focus to myself.I tried I am affirmations and practiced EFT.In the evening i got a text frommy guys saying "Thank you for wishing me a happy journey.Sorry I was not able to meet you today as friends had come to meet me.But I will surely like to see you the next time I a m in Delhi"

It was good to see this text and that he understood I was hurt , but I am not getting overwhelmed.I am feeling okay because I have been thinking about myself.I haven't replied to his text yet.
Any suggestions as to whether I should send him a "Sure.No worries" text or not reply at all?

Sneha you can reply whatever..just make sure you dont do it from a place of wanting or expecting or desperation make be Its ok.Happy Diwali or something on these lines
And then forget and move on !!

Sneha offered a very good advice Yes, I agree just reply to him, less feelings of fears, doubts and resentment...when you make him feel he is no longer his world, I am sure it will be his time to run after you. Continue loving yourself and make the best, the most successful person you can be
