I do RS and I can only tell you the type of success I have had with it. I do the visualization in the early morning if I have time, but always in the evening before I drift off to sleep. Sometimes, If I wake up in the wee hours and cant get back to sleep, I'll do it then too.
The very first time I did it, I got a phone call from him. I continued without much of a response, until about a month ago, he 'confessed' that he thought about me all the time, he even told me that he thinks he has always loved me. It made me continue...that being said, he still has played the stupid game of making plans, then bailing. I told him last week that I was done with it. If he wanted to be with me, he would be.
I am still doing the RS with him, figure, if it helped him think of me then...then I want him to obsess over me.

I also started doing it with another guy that I liked, but he didnt know me....I just liked him from afar. We ran into each other at a club and he asked me "Do I know you? It seems like we have met before." LOL So, I think it works...It doesnt hurt....

Oh thank you so much. It's just that sometimes the results are long in coming. I tend to get slightly antsy. He messaged me 2 days ago when he said that he loved me too much to just move on. I've only been doing RS for 3-4 days. I don't know if he msged out of coincidence, because it had been 5 days since he msged last or my feelings are really reaching him. But like you said, it just takes time. And even if there are no visible results I'm sure it's affecting him in some way. I'll just have to be patient.

I usually do it at night before sleeping too. But I'll try a few daytime sessions as well, when I am free for a bit. Maybe two 15 minute sessions. Can you please inbox me a quick overview of what steps you follow when you're free? I'm sorry to ask, it's just that I'm new to this and there are soo many methods out there; it's an information overload.

I don't do RS that much, but usually do it before I sleep. This morning I decided to give it a try and I got a message from my guy after not hearing from him for two days! Maybe it works better when I do it in the day

Thanks so much for the post! Which binaural beat did you use? I downloaded the Binaural Beats Therapy app onto my (Android) phone. Would Unity work?

Mine doesn't have a name... it has a # ... I go by 7.8 hz

Trying it in 4.5 and 4 hz as well... Not sure how it has gone...

Also called Earth breathing. I have had a 40 minute isochronic and binaural session with schumann resonance from quantum mind power in my itunes library forever, so maybe I should try it? It is also a frequency where you can bring repressed memories into consciousness and have spiritual and psychic experiences, if I understand it right.
