Hey you amazing people!

I came across the quote "Reality is an illusion"... And I found it extremely interesting!

does that mean things we don't like seeing are just a reality and can ve changed?

I would really love to have some more information on this please?

how does it apply to attracting my ex back?

Yes that is what it means. Reality is whatever you want it to be. The trick is making it what you want it to be, and not what you dont want it to be. The reality that we hold here in the physical realm is just an illusion. Its like an optical illusion. The most famous one I can think of is the old ladies and the vase. If you want to see the vase then thats what you see. If you want to see the two old ladies thats what you will see. Actually the interesting part is you dont see the old ladies until you let go and let your subconscious do the work. Its a rough illustration but I hope you get the point.

I would advise going through the forums in the section you posted in, as well as teh success stories section. Actracting back an ex isnt as easy as lets say attracting money. At least for me I have found it takes a great deal more internal change and thought then attracting money. It can be done. You can attract anything you want. I am sure there will be some posts after this that will expand more on the how and why. Please feel free to post any questions. I tend to get long winded so I will cut this short

Reality is illusion can also determine as all thing has no ultimate judgement, it's the perception that the five senses of man taking into account.

Yes, just like sample of a lady and a vase picture, one person see and believes it's a lady whereas another person sees and believes it's a vase. The two persons can debate to death weather it's a should be a lady or a vase, in the end it's useless because weather what it is, it's just a perception, not real.

Another side of Law of Attraction practice is harmonious alignment with higher-self, instead of wanting to attract, it becomes letting go. This is tricky part of LOA

For material like money, it works on attraction
For spiritual like other person heart, it work on letting go

It may sound weird to understand, it can not be purely explain by science and logic.. but mediation and connect to higher self can reveal the true meaning of this.

It's true, I find that LOA with getting an ex back (or making someone close to you in a relationship) is a lot like the chinese finger trap. If you struggle to get out of the trap, it will clamp down harder on you, and your fingers won't get free, but if you stop resisting and let go of trying to escape the trap, it will release you naturally.

I suggest, now that you know you want your ex back, forgiving and forgetting everything he did and becoming happy with life independent of whether he comes back or not. That's the letting go and trusting to the universe. It is pretty easy in a vacuum, but it can get hard because it gets more and more difficult as your own mind and personality can play tricks on you.
