Hello everyone how are you today,beautiful day isnt it?
So my question is,Iv been trying to get back with my ex now and for the other people who has..To get him back,should you earse all the memmoirs you have with him and forget and not think about it or should you remmeber all the good times and pretend like your still together..When you guys say let Go what does that mean to let go? And should i be sending good vibes to him and visulaizing all the time or just ounce in awhile? and should i stop texing and calling him and let the universe take control and let him come to me? plz explaine.thank you

Welcome to the forum.


Firstly yes you should stop texting, calling ,pleading etc to him because these are all negative emotions.They put you in the "wanting" state.So you should send him love remotely, visualize you and him together and say and feel your affirmations like this :


"I am grateful and happy that I and him are manifesting a loving and romantic relationship together".
Letting go means to absolutely believe that you will have it, without an iota of doubt.
Be detached.For eg, if you had him now, u would never think "when will be together", right?

Letting go means telling the universe that "I will be happy",infact "I am happy" with my life no matter ifyou have him right now or not.It increases your vibration frequency and u reach for your higher self.You become the most important person to yourself.That is letting go.You keep loving the other person but are happy with your own life.
All the above ia easier said than done.I am myself on my way to manifest the love of my life.I have received commendable strength and support here.You too shall get some nice piece of mind.
Ava has started a thread called "for those who want to attrat their ex bac\part 2".You can drop a post there.We all pray for each other ,all those who drop in their posts there to be united with their beloveds.Prayers are powerful, they make you feel pure  and have very positive effects.

Letting go is important.

Sometimes we are like a mokey caught in a trap.  The hunter places a banana in a box with a small hole in it.  The moneky reaches in for the banana.  The problem is that the hole is too small for the mokey to take its hand back out of the box while it is holding the banana.  The monkey, not willing to let go of its treasure, is trapped.  If it would only let go of the banana it wouldl be free to climb through all of the trees and eat as many bananas as it could find.

Sometimes it is the same with us.

The universe has a perfect soul mate waiting for you.  Someone that will make you happy, and whole.  Someone with whom you will be happy and fulfilled.

It just may not be the one you are holding onto.

Although it may.


Let go.  Instead of focusing on this one person, visualize a perfect relationship with the perfect person.

The universe will then bring you together.
