Im 5'8 without heels and I wouldnt and never have dated a guy shorter than 6ft.
Howver I would date seth green in a second. I guess it depends, on their attitude really, seth green is funny and its attractive regardless of his height, most short guys Ive met have an issue about it and its noticable and thats unattractive to me.

LOA wise, you should just focus on how amazing you are. Confidence is the ultimate attractive quality in a person. Self love. To know how amazing you are, including whatever height you are. and there are lots of couples where the female is taller, honestly I dont even think its an issue in general, just focus on feeling how attractive you are and you will be to everyone regardless of anything.  : )

Ah I see. Well I'm actually 5 foot 8 but very athletic and I've been told I'm very handsome. So idk. The girl
I'm interested in is about 5 foot 9, but I think she might be a little taller. So there's not a big difference but
yeah she is definitely taller, though. I just hope it doesn't bother her haha.

This topic really made me smile, the guy who is interested in me asked the same question to my friend hehehe! I am not bothered if I am  a bit taller than my guy, height is just physical aspect. What matters most to me is the pureness of intention and how a guy will treat me. Xcfastdude, be very confident for who you are, you have lots of love, pure love to offer to her, that is what is important.

I'm typically drawn to taller men - I'm 5'8", but dated a guy my height in college.  The fact that he had no issue with the height thing was a huge plus - he was so confident and loved when I wore heels.  It's all about the attitude.

i'm 5'8" and 5'9" if i just wear flip flops, and i get sick of having to look down or feel dominant or bend down to kiss some guy, but i would date someone 5'8" if i loved him. ...probably not someone shorter...

Yeah I mean I actually would love to date a girl taller than me. I just find taller women to be
very attractive in general. Besides, an inch or so isn't really a big difference, I would think. As long as she's
okay with it, then I am okay with it. She hasn't brought it up, tho.

I am 5' 9" and my ex husband was 5'6". I loved him and it really didn't bother me to be towering over him.  People said we looked like an odd couple because of our difference in height but when we divorced and I started dating again, I found that I was more attracted to men that were taller than me and I made that a personal preference. Luckily I ended up falling in love with a man who is almost 6 feet tall. He said he prefers tall women and he wouldn't care if I were taller than him! I think it all depends on what is on the inside. If I had met a shorter guy, but fell in love with him and not his height, it would not matter how tall he was. I'm just grateful I have a man who is not only perfect for me in every way, but he is also taller than me.  


Its more about the compatibility and not the height I would say.....

I was once madly in love with a man who was short, and he looked exactly like Yoda from Star Wars  the same ears and everything    nobody understood what attracted me to him. We were so happy together that whenever I think of him I smile. To me, love has nothing to do with height or physical appearance...

My mother met my father when she was 24 year old; she was tall young and beautiful woman who won few beautiful contest awards on stage in town as well, while my dad was much shorter and three decades older than my mom when they were met. Then, they have become couple for life until my father passed away. Sum up to approx 30 years of living together.


I think appearance is important at the certain level, but at the end of the day, the quality of inner good is that counts.

I have seen many beautiful women married to not so good looking guy, some can actually call ugly as well.
AND THAT! What I believe it is the power of inner attraction.

Hmmm. I wonder if, by focussing on wanting someone taller,  you will be attracting women who are also seeking someone taller? Why not just focus on finding someone with whom you are fabulously compatible and think is stunningly gorgeous?

In my bare feet, I'm nearly 6'1 and like to wear high heels, thus jacking me up to somewhere near 6'5, should the mood take me. And the guy with whom I had the most incredible, unreal sexual chemistry with was 5'8 and my ex (or my guy ; )) about 5'10.

I wouldn't be concerned; you fancy or you don't. You want or you don't. And as a tall woman, there comes a point where you accept that the idea of 'snuggling up' to your big, tall, strong guy may change to fit the shape of the guy you fall for.

I've only dated one guy taller than me and boy, he was a real shyster!
