question about subliminal blaster

Is it ok to use names for affirmations in SB ?
Kind of like gratitude lists style ( like it already happened )?

I use it and have edited it to put in a name - to personalise it. The one I use has pre loaded messages on loads of areas : helath/ wealth/ relationships etc. I've deactivated some of it to focus on the areas I really want to improve. There's a bit where you can add your own messages and that's what I have done - some of the pre loaded ones were worded in a way that didn't connect for me. If they are positive, you can believe them - I don't see why you can't add names. I've found it to be good.

even if you want to do say something like this :

"( name ) is/has ( done certain thing )?

I can't see why not? What could be wrong with it. I just checked what I had put - they flash too quickly for me to see them. I have one that says I love x and x loves me, we are together permanently.

I don't know really! lol It's difficult to quantify results. I just look at the pros - it's easy/free/ and harmful to no one - there's evidence that subliminal messages work. I can't see any cons - when you know what the messages are and they are positive. I think of them as being something that help lift/aid a positive thinking rather than some magic wand that grants wishes - so they just kind of act as reinforcement of things I'm trying to improve/ attract. They're a part of an overall work in progress.

I'm trying to let go and allow - a number of things and with other things I've tried, I feel the focus I'm putting on trying to let go - is actually keeping me in a state of not letting go - if that makes sense? With this - it just kind of runs in the background and apart from occasionally I don't really notice it.

I think the reason I like it - because I believe it can/could/ does/ imagine it does work so therefore it does whereas with other things - I get too caught up in limiting beliefs or the how and so it doesn't and becomes a self fullfilling prophesy.

I also use SB with names of the people I want to forgive There is no quantifiable results, but I know that it is working in my subconscious mind as I no longer take their actions personally Lise, is there a limit for number of positive statements in each category? My list is very very long

I don't know as I have un ticked some of the categories and some of the messages in the categories. I just kept the ones I wanted and added messages to those categories. I imagine you can add/adapt quite a large amount, it will just take longer for more to get though them all. I don't know if they go in order, round in a loop or flash randomly.
