IT IS good, sometimes though, especially if its a big or deep thing, you have to do more rounds, but all this he is explaining on his introduction audio- so listen to that first....

I tried this for the first time last night and I had very positive results. I was surprised by how well it worked. Even this morning I tried to think of the negative situation I thought of while doing PSTEC last night and I really can't think of it in the same way. I literally feel like there's a block in my mind that stops me from thinking about it.

Hey crazysoul.... I used it a couple of times, then I hate to admit it... I gave up.  However one week after having stopped using it, the topic that has been bothering me(my missed opportunities), no longer bothered me as much.  The disappointment has gone down considerably.  It is still there
but not as intense. I wish the track didn't have his voice, just a small intro then the clicks....I find listening to him repeat himself annoying...LOL...

I learned about PSTEC from CrazySoul as well, I listened this morning and did the taps and let me tell you, I feel great and the things/events that took place in my life and the negative emotions that were tied to them, I feel them no more and I will continue to use PSTEC to keep it that way

Okay I am going to tackle PSTEC again  :-[after reading David's post.  I have a dumb question .  There is no diagrams on how to do the tapping, so I wonder if it is being done right.  For tapping along the left hand, I tap the tips of my finders with the thumbs, is this the correct way and the same for the right.  Im boggled....

marianna, it doesnt matter how you tapp, as long as you do it in the right time.
i take my pointing (?) finger and the middle one.... dont worry, its just about tapping within the right time---- need that too today, i feel upset and worries

I just tried this today as well and it is AMAZING! I did the click one audio twice, and I feel so light and focused on the present moment, and trust me I was having a crappy day, but now I can barely remember why yay!
