 I can't believe how well this has worked for me okay i only listened to it twice and i feel so amazing just wanted to share anyone that is looking for a way to detatch.
Thank you i think it was you Crazy Soul that mentioned it in a post it's amazing i feel better than i have in the 2 weeks since we broke up :) :)

This seems great!  However, I have an IPad and a IPhone so I can't download it.  I have to wait until my PC starts working again.

I also downloaded PSTEC audios and listened.
But really dont know what is it.... there is nothing but some sounds...

I really interestded to use it as all of u are benefited from PSTEC
Can anyone plz explain me what is it and how to use it....??
{i have listened the instructions but not clear what he is saying}

Hi ..
 It is actually very simple when you listen to the click tracks just follow the instructions , you think of the event or feeling you are stuck on and just tap along with his instructions . I don't know exactly how it works other than i think it reprograms your mind so when you think of the event you don't feel the same.
That's the best way i can think of to explain it. i know for myself and several others it has really worked.

you got 4 audios... instruction, cklick 1, click 2 and the 4. for hearing after your first success...

there is Tim speaking... no music or something. just do what he says and listen to the instruction first, then use click 1, when you are more into it take click 2.

I listened to it four times. It didn't work so well for me. While doing it I felt great but afterwards, the feelings came back.

sometimes it just takes longer for a problem to go away... you need more rounds on it.... sometimes it works straight away,
