I ignore what is unimportant. don't worry about your freinds or what your love says. my beloved said some time ago she didn't want to interact with me, felt indifferent etc.

now she is calling me, Iming me, asking for my help, taking an interest in my life.sending me photos, telling me about her day and event in her life. all of which I am greatful for.

Don't wory about what your freinds tell you, they mean well, but meaning well and doing well are not the same thing. the road to hell is paved with good intent.

Where is your focus?  - You've basically written a whole bunch of negative stuff about it.  That is where you are focused. That is what you are noticing about him. What is your end result? What do you want?

Start by writing 10 things I grateful about him or 10 things that make me smile about him. It's all about raising your own vibration.

Once you know your end result. Start going for that.

Okay, if you are having to try not to cry, then you are focussing your attention on the negative.

In the Hicks' books, they say sometimes the difference from where you are to where you want to be is too great for some people - so rather than trying to go from despair (which being tearful and fretful would indicate) to elation and confidence that you will be together, try to find any small incremental way to improve your mood. Anything that makes you feel better than having to struggle not to cry is good, and an indication that you're heading in the right direction.

For example - you might convince yourself that you can be happy without him. This isn't exactly your goal, but it may be more believable to your subconcious than saying 'We will be together' when you feel that there are lots of other signs saying that you won't. Realising that you can be happy without this particular person is bound to be a better feeling than despairing that he's deleted you from Facebook. And ironically, this kind of letting go often delivers the very person that you want (although you can't do a fake letting go in the hopes of getting the one you want - that doesn't seem to work. You have to genuinely let go, and realise that all your happiness is not dependent on one other person. The reason is that it's all a reflection of your feelings - so if you're feeling good, or at least okay, then good or okay things will come to you. If you're feeling bad, more of the same will come to you).

ok guys he smsed... i was pleasantly suprised yes i was getting angsty but i kept telling myself its ok if he doesnt and he did a short sms.. i replied bk though no response .. but what matters is that he did because i had the conviction that he would... so dont give up

@puja, start LOVING on him.  Spend time meditating and really focusing on loving him and being the right woman for him.  True love trumps all!  i am back with my boyfriend and it is bliss.  i vow to continuing the path that I have been on, which is the path of love.  I'll keep everyone informed. oh, you also have to meditate on him loving you.  If you can receive his love with as much joy as you give yours to him, things might get better.  This is what i am betting on and i will keep sharing my experience with everybody!

@David V, yes, i have reunited with my boyfriend and i am deleriously happy and bursting with joy and gratitude.  BTW, it was not intentional that my initials correspond with LOA.  Loveofabundance is truly what I call myself because a) I love abundance. b) my sole focus on LOA has been to attract a loving relationship.  I spent one year meditating on true love and not dating anyone before i finally saw my boyfriend in a vision.  Imagine my surprise when I actually met him!  HE is literally a dream come true!  I initiated separation from him because I was starting to react to his actions, instead of just letting him be completely free.  What I mean by reacting is that i suddenly found myself waiting for his text, call, etc.  I started reading romance advice (big mistake people, don't do it.  most of, if not all of it is fear-based and fear has no place with allowing) and thinking, "Well, what does he mean by this, that, etc."  mind you, he wasn't aware of this until i told him.  To all outward appearances, i was very chill.  he thought eveything was fine.  i knew that if I was to have a truly unconditionally loving relationship with him, I had to be able to let him go completely.  By seeing good things continuing to manifest in my life without his physical presence, i was able to arrive in a place where i know that I want to but don't NEED to be with him.  It was hard, don't get me wrong, and in the beginning I cried constantly.  But now i have so much more gratitude, appreciation and faith.  Im gonna focus on the other topics in the forum for awhile 'cause i want to focus on my relationship privately.

hey tks LOA... funny readung ur message today when i determined myself to let go he sent me a sms on my bday and theni got some arbid mail from facebook that he had invited me to join the group..my happiness was shortloved because a friend told me he is tsill together wiht his girlfriend//that let me don totally and i wept and wept and wept..
but today i have decided to let go i still tink of him because i love him a lot... but i guess i need to be strong

Well for one, loa works for anything and everything, it has unlimited powers! I never got my ex back but I just believe that one day it will happen. I dont look for signs because when you do that it gives you hope than when it doesnt happen right away you are in the same place aas before and lose faith in the loa! Stay focused on visioning you guys together looking at each others eyes and be thankful for having the time you did with him and be thankful for the time you are going to have with him because if you really believe that you guys are together than you wouldnt have any doubts and it will come faster than you think! Dont hope for it to come quick because you got to forget the old relationship and work on yourself and work on a much more beautiful relationship with him! Show him how much you love him by taking care of yourself and better your life! He will get the good vibes from you and he will come back if you show him a better you! You can do it and im in the process of doing it myself! I mean I live in california and my ex lives in michigan so I got alot of distance away from her and I dont look at road blocks, I look ahead of the road blocks and see what I want to accomplish! When you think something is impossible than you are only limiting yourself and thats not a good way to be! I have big goals to that I want to complete and being in a relationship will just blur my vision right now and I want to stay focused on me and what I want!
