i am sorry about your confusion 

and i dont want to take any hopes of you....
but for psychics i can write a book already... there was a time when i was completely addicted to call or go to one of them.

i can honestly tell you, that 1 of 100 came NEAR to the reality....
i know this stuff- he is your soulmate, all will be good and so on.
in fact, i must have been married 50 times by now, it never came true.
so, i wouldnt depend on that. i guess once youve heard it, you began more and more to concentrate on him plus believing that psychic.

please listen, i am into this since 20 years, i do tarot on my own and i know that they tell the truth (when i lay them for my own), thats why i stopped with it since i am here. bad cards kept popping up and influenced my mood each day for the bad.
i knew it would happen, so i stayed in this bad mood until it happened. good things came also to pass. since i am here though, i have learned that its not good to influence your mood and life with it. either in a good or bad way.

for the psychics outside---- well again---- 1 of 100 was near to the reality and most of them are after your money and i spent 1000 on them. thats why they keep telling you what you wanna hear. i have heard that 1000 times and no one was my soulmate!!!!

please let go of what she told you, listen to your heart, send your intend to the universe once youre really clear on what you really want.

something to add, to let loa work, you need to be detached completely, which you arent not right now cause of what the psychic told you..... do all to be happy with or without him now- set the words of the psychic byside....

 I would agree about Physcics-sp LOL . Anyway even if they are completely accurate don't forget they are fortelling your future at that moment and because we are creating our future....you change your thoughts and you change your future.
That's just my opinion because i know my future is whatever i want it to be with LOA i personally would never go to one.
As far as your question though you really do need to decide if you want to be with this man or not before you can do anything

I agree with crazysoul, you should not let your life be dictated by a psychic's advice. Most of the time, the things we hear from a psychic is simply a validation of what we already know on some level but don’t quite trust. There is no point trusting your life on other people. Instead, develop a strong sense of self trust. The more you trust yourself the more empowered you become. The more you are able to make good solid decisions for your life and the happier your life will be.

Listen to your heart. Look deeper into your soul. Ask yourself if having your ex back into your life is what you really want and will make you happy. Do not just get yourself attached to the idea because a pyschic told you so. If you have clearly defined what you really want, then start sending out the right vibrations to the universe.

I agree with everyone who said not to put all your faith into the psychic. I've been to quite a few and relied too much on what they said. Even though some told me what I wanted to hear. LOA is the best psychic you can listen too. 

You said that you've been visualizing and affirming about him, and that he sent you a friend request on Facebook. Well that's certainly a positive thing! I do agree that people put too much emphasis on Facebook. I know for me personally, I completely avoid looking at my ex's FB page because things tend to be over-exaggerated on there and it would just lower my vibration by looking at it. But it seems that your visualizing/affirming have been working if he sent you a request. I was a bit confused when you said you ignored it. Don't you want to be in contact with him?

Anyways, everything will work out as it should for the best in it's own time.
