How do I get back my ex fiance

We lasted two years together we started living together as a married couple when we first made the four months. We broke up for minor issues a couple of times and this last time we got back together i proposed to her everything was working fine until my friend started to get things in my head i didn't notice and eventually i started attracting that the relationship was not working when it actually was perfect. I start talking to this girl through text messages and one day my ex fiance see's the message and she broke up with me it has been one month since we broke up and yes i begged i told her i was sorry but she doesn't want to forgive me. We work together not in the same office but in the same building i have to see her every day she talks to me but she just doesn't want to get back with me. I realized i attracted something i didn't want to happen  now i regret it and i want her back how can i use the law of attraction to get my ex fiance back please i need help. I know for a fact she Love's me very much but I threw the trust away that's why she doesn't want to forgive me i understand her she's afraid i would end up doing the same thing again. It's been one month we broke up but we have maintained contact here and there. People recommend the best thing is to try no contact. CAN ANYONE HELP ME AND TELL ME HOW CAN I USE THE LAW OF ATTRACTION TO GET HER BACK I DON'T CARE HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE ME I'LL DO ANYTHING OR SPEND AS LONG AS NEEDED WORKING ON GETTING HER BACK PLEASE HELP !!!

He is now back with his ex and they are very happy together.  You can do this too.......read through it, ask questions if you have any but follow his plan.  My advice about going completely no contact.....DON'T DO IT!  You can not have a relationship with someone you are NOT speaking to.

I wish you the best of luck in getting your ex back. You definitely have increased your chances by finding this forum. Take the advise that you learn from us here and you will be successful in life, no matter what your goals may be. Be grateful to Mariposa she is well respected by myself and many in this community. She used her resource to get in contact with me so that I would come here an help you. She is a good friend.

Learning the LOA is easier said then done when you are going through a difficult time in your life. But in most cases  this is the right time. when we are faced with adversity in our life's, it is only then that we can show the world and our selfs what we are really made of. Be grateful for this experience no matter what the out come is. You will learn from it and you will grow as a person.

I personally don't believe in the no contact rule. But it does help when giving the other person time to miss you. This is only one part of the equation. A person can miss you with all there life but if they don't want to be with you, they won't. Take this time to learn and grow. Let her "see" the changes, don't just tell her about it!

The LOA is within us all. It is the vibrations that we give out to the universe.  Think of "for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction" These actions are your thoughts.  These thoughts are the vibrations that you give off to the universe. You attracted what happened to you by thinking about it, you gave it attention. There for it came true. Now you might be thinking to yourself, "but Danny my thoughts were that I didn't want this to happen" (still you gave it attention). And by giving it attention it manifested.

Now what? You need to clear your mind. Think of what you really want. Practice seeing yourself in the future that you want. See yourself with her. And then let it go, Trust that it will come true and be grateful for what you do have.

I advise you to search for the LOA yourself on here, youtube and the web. Also watch the secret, but don't just watch it, take note while your watching it!! Take notes, learn and grow. You have always had this power within you, now all you have to do is learn how to use it.

Dan thank you for your reply, I am aware that I attracted this whole situation I have analysed everything and I realize how powerful thoughts and feelings are. I am familiar with the Law Of Attraction we used to practice it together in our relationship but we got caught up in a daily routine and stopped a while back. The reason why I mention the no contact is because I work with her so I ask my self how can she miss me if she see's me every day.

I am trying to avoid seen her by coming into work earlier and eating lunch after she does and also leaving work after she is gone. I feel like I need to give her time and space to a point that she starts to wonder how I'm I doing. It has been a month since the relationship ended and I already sent her an email saying I was sorry for doing what I did also a week after we broke up it was our anniversary I sent her flower and she told me not to waste my time that she can't forgive what I did, at the moment I told her I only did it to honor that day that is still so special to me. She is being very strong and firm in moving on and i understand because even though I never even met that other girl in person just by talking to another girl i believe i was unfaithful however i tried explaining her that everyone makes mistakes some make worst mistakes than others but the point is to learn from them and become a better person.

I wrote her a little note 4 days ago and left it on her desk so she would read it when she got to work. I wrote to her that I respect her decision in wanting to move on but that I wont give up and that I will wait as long as it's needed for her and this time I will use wisely in becoming a better person overall. She stayed strong and kept saying she doesn't think i should wait for her that is best for both to move on.

I strongly believe that we will be back together because we love each other but it's going to take some time for her wounds to heal. I am grateful for getting to chat with you Dan and Mariposa I read the forum you started Dan it really helped what other members wrote to you. I am staying positive and I know my soul mate will come back to me and concerning the time i don't care after all our love  I know is strong enough to prove it self.

Some updates... This past Friday when i left work and wished my ex a good weekend she actually texted me couple of hours later asking me if i was home because she had bought a dessert i like and she wanted to give me some. I wasn't home but told her that was very nice of her but i wasn't home but thanks any way i tried to keep it simple and short. On Sunday night she textes me againg asking me if i had received a picture, she said she was trying to send me a picture of my kids, she is referring to the dogs we had that they stayed with her. On monday morning i get to work and i see her i go up to her and say hi give her a kiss in the cheek and like two hours later i get an email. She said you don't know how much it hurts to see you and have to treat you like a friend besides the fact the we fought in the relationship we had a very healthy and good relationship but things happen for a reason, and men always will be men, is really hard to find the one that will never cheat and will always respect you. But once again u will always have my friendship and I forgive u for what u did to me. I wish nothing would have ever happened but you can’t go back in time. I think i made the mistake to write back an email too long. Any ways I wrote back but she never answered. I felt really good when i got that email but that same day when i leave work I see a guy leaving her office and saying bye to her she was smiling and the guy also it hurt's so much to see that however i think she did it to make me jealous. I think i still should give her some time keep acting the way i have bee doing around her very happy i bought new clothe and stuff i know she seeing a new me and she misses me that's why she wrote the email. I know if i keep repeating every day affirmations so the universe listen's and just let go and let the universe do it's magic and just wait for the right moment to make a move to try to get her to go drink coffee with me or something simple just a way to get to talk to her alone. Please guys reply tell me what do you guys think i should do I don't want to make a mistake and loose her. I do know we love each other and its stronger than anything it bothered me seeing her with another guy but I am not worried she is coming back and we will be happily married. Gotta stay positive....
