Hello!Hope you guys are fine.Well,I'm starting a new journey in my life.I guess you know my story with my special friend (L).For those who don't,well we started having a sweet communication when we were reunited via FB after college & it brought back the feelings I had for him once.Things went weird when our chill time together was cancelled but things went well again on my birthday.Then unexpected,we became intimate but he promised me that we'll remain friends.After that,things between us got worse.He started ignoring me as in not even giving a polite response & treating me as if I don't exist & less important than his other friends.When I contact or invite him,he doesn't even acknowledge me.When his other friends do it,he immediately gets back to them & goes wherever they invite him but with me,he makes all sorts of excuses.I tried to get out of this situation by visualizing,doing affirmations etc. but despite doing all these,same things are happening.Recently,I saw the same evidence about this b/c every time he sees me online,he logs out.Whenever he post something & I reply to it,he only acknowledges/answers his other friends but not me.

While at that phase,I kept going to this forum to get insights & good advice.When L ignored me again,it hit me hard & I realized what I have been doing wrong all this time.I was trying too hard to make things happen.I often visualize,do affirmations etc but I'm not feeling the right feeling.I still feel sad,hurt,frustrated,jealous,betrayed etc & I'm doing all these to make things happen.I haven't completely healed yet I'm doing things in the hope of getting him back & I realized that I haven't truly forgiven him.I haven't let go & still have negative feelings & beliefs within me that's why I can't truly believe that what I desire is already mine thus hindering the manifestation process.

What I intend to do now is avoid him as I still have negative memories & feelings about him so that would mean refrain from looking at his FB page & not contacting him for a while,heal myself by doing the tapping technique by pstec or eft or chilling with friends,take care of my needs,& focus on my new career (my dad's friend is offering me a job.I hope I'll like it.Thanks to those who intended this for me.

)I know it's gonna be hard at first but I know I've gotta pick myself up before starting to attract him.Who knows I might find another guy who's better in the process.I'm gonna be away for awhile but I'll go here once in a while.Thanks to all of you who guided me in my journeys.And to the super old members here,remember the guys I was complaining about long ago?Well,we're friends now & it happened after I decided to leave the issue up to the universe b/c I felt tired of trying to hard then poof!It happened when I least expected it.

Anyway,I'll be starting my healing journey.Please wish that I'd get well soon.Bye for now!I hope I'll be back soon.

And by the way before I leave,I want to say sorry b/c it took sooooooo long before I've finally learned my lesson.I feel so guilty/bad.

Good luck! Don't feel bad for taking you so much time to learn your lesson. It was for your best to get through this, you shouldn't rush things. It was a process that helped you realize what you really want, you will realize it in the near future!

:-*Hi!It's been a while.I hope you guys are ok.Well,I've found a job that suits my ideal job with a flexible time schedule,good compensation,& a company that cares about its employees.However,my parents are not in favor as they think that this online teaching job is not permanent because they believe that Japan,China,& Korea won't be needing us anymore when they're already good in English & they keep on insisting me to get jobs which I realized that those jobs are not what I really wanted.This can be true but it will be years before that happens.Korea has been wanting to learn English for almost a decade now and up to now,they are still availing our services even if only a number of them know how to speak English fluently.Japan & China are just starting to learn English so they've expanded companies that teach English online in the comfort of the tutor's home.Well,I really want to stay in this job because it has all that I've been looking for plus I want to have time for my therapy because I don't want to stay crippled forever.Am I crazy for not listening to my parents?I not they mean well but when I come to look at those jobs,those jobs are not what I really want.Well,I do hope that you continue to pray for me and send me positive vibes as I really want to stay in this job because I don't want to have jobs that it would take such great effort for me to get up from bed & me saying "Geez!Going to work again" on Monday mornings.

About Lawton,I don't think about him that much.I hear/see signs that tell me that he's on his way to me like hearing particular songs from "our" playlist which are kinda old & seeing his name on bus & jeep sign boards in places that transportation to Lawton,Manila is rare but I haven't seen the ultimate sign that tells me "this is it" which is to see him in my dreams.I'd see him online once in a while but I don't start a conversation with him as I need to heal completely & I'm thankful for this time apart from him though I miss the guy.Maybe on his birthday on June 22,I'll send a birthday greeting & leave it at that then trust the universe to do its job?What do you guys think?

Share your views on both stories please.I'm kinda confused.I miss you all!

Dear bravelioness,

Congratulations on your manifestations..

I think you should continue this job with a positive and gratfeful attitude. Meanwhile you can also manifest another job which has everything that you want and is also much more secure.

About Lawton, you are doing right by Letting Go and Letting GOD.. His birthday would be a good time to break the contact.. Meanwhile keep sending him Unconditional LOVE and Positive vibes

This link has excerpts from a very good book "Wishes fulfilled : mastering the art of manifesting" by Wayne W. Dyer. In page number 12 he talks about a girl Nicollette who cured her ailment with affirmations and BELIEF.. Please read her story and it may help you to heal faster

Glad to hear from you again Bravelioness! It is you alone who knows what will make you happy, have the confidence that it wil be given to you. Yes, it is a given that parents' only want the best for their children, but it is you who knows what makes you happy, in the end it is what you want that matters most. Besides, if the work you are in will not satisfy what you ask for, you will be given something that will satisfy everything that you specified when you asked.

I am so happy for you Bravelioness and to a better, happier YOU! Keep doing everything that helped you reach to that place. Always remember, you can be, do and have everything that you want!

I understand where you parents are coming from, as it is very probable that job security was very important in their generation. At the end of the day, your career is your choice. Even if it's a temporary position, it's still experience and trust me, when you put your heart into a certain job, you'll be able to take your skill set and passion to other positions that align with your career goals. Doors will open for you, so focus on giving your best in your current job and on your ideal career, trusting that each position you take (whether it's temp or permanent), it takes you one step closer to your dream. During this time, doing some networking and make as many contacts as possible. You never know who will help you down your career path.

Second story: It doesn't matter when you contact him again, as long as YOU are ready. If that happens to be his birthday, that's great! You'll know and feel good when you do it =)

I too, am trying to attract back my guy and I've decided that at the current moment, I'd focus all my energy on myself first (because I've been "overdoing" it with sending him positive energy before). It keeps me grounded that way, and when I'm ready, I'll send him love. Surprisingly, we're quite similar in the following ways: getting signs in the form of songs, my guy's name is Lawrence (they're both LAW's!), and his birthday is on June 20! Guess that's also a form a "like attracting like"? ;P

@kaori-Haha!I've always wanted to name our son Lawrence (if it's a girl,then the name would be Lawrene).Like you I overdid it.Now I'm focusing on loving myself.Up to this day,I'm not contacting him.As you said I must be ready before I do that.Thanks!

I'm back!I'm enjoying my job but I've also decided to be part of their staff.I feel bad as I've been rejected twice.I want to be part of the company staff.How can this be ensured?Any thoughts?

I'm back again.Well,I'm very happy with my job now.I often look forward to work time & I love the positive aura.but there are times that they are no student reservations w/me.My co tutor comforted me saying that maybe Japanese people might just be busy these days but sometimes thoughts like maybe I'm a bad tutor or maybe the students don't like me enter my thoughts.Friends,please send me positive vibes.I love my job & I want to keep it.

I agree with your co-tutor, sometimes people are busy. Don't take it personally! Also, you can change the situation around, by affirming that your students love you and that you're a great tutor. Perhaps you should try that for a bit whenever you feel a bit down?

@tereza-Thank you for responding.I missed you all here.

Anyway,things are starting to be better now.I hope that this will be continuous.Well,people around me are discouraging me in my job saying that my salary is too low & even forcing me to enter some companies that I've already declined.I'm convinced that I love my job.I see myself working here until I retire.

Any thoughts?
